Customizing a G19 Gen 3 - Stippling and Black Multicam

- This G19 Gen 3 was customized by us at @whitetail_tactical and features our black multicam cerakote,
Ruins stippling texture with gap borders. Single undercut trigger guard. Hybrid bevel and scalloped mag release. The borders were colored filled with Tequila Sunrise cerakote for an added pop.
The build also features a Black Phoenix Customs upper, Holosun 509T red dot and TLR-7A weapon light.

How much is this
What rpm are you using with the carbide bit when you are cutting in the border? When i cut mine in it leaves a lot of slag behind still attached that blocks my view. I have to stop and scrap it away constantly so I can see my pencil line you don't seem to have that problem.
To avoid the slag you just need the cutting side of the ball on the outer side so "right" side of ball cuts better but adds the challenge to not slip. Practice a bunch on your glock box

What bit are you using in the rotary tool to get such smooth lines? I've watched a lot of videos and nobody has such smooths lines like you do and it has to do with that bit. So if you can please share the knowledge id really appreciate it
How many rpm's do you use on the border tips?
Ever have flashing on the outside borders or have to clean them up? Or does the 9903/4 at an angel prevent that?
The orange color is applied with a fill pen so it pretty precise.
Would like to know what dremel heads you used for the boarder and what was the stippling tip that you used.

Do you use 15W or 30W for that texture? How do you make your own burning tips?

Did you just use paint inside the borders? I have a black CZ p10 with a modified slide and gold barrel and hardware. I’m wanting to paint it black,gold and grey camo with black stippling. Since the frame is black, should I go about it like you just did? And when I stipple it, the stroking will be black? Or would it need painting?
Yes, stippling will be black. Paint first then stipple. Remove all the cerakote from you stippling areas first
What kind of “dremel” are you using?
I’d be mad if someone put they’re logo on my frame when being stippled 😂

What’s the reason for running the round attachment after making the line?
To refine the edges/make that line look good. If you notice when he first makes the switch to the round bit the place he's gonna touch up looks bumpy or the line have inconsistent depths kinda looks ribbed and that bit is smoothing it out making it one flat/even line
