I believe the score was 17-10. What does Getsy do? He calls 2 straight running plays and then throws on 3rd down. He didn't seem to even try to have success. I'm sick of watching him call plays that don't make situational sense.

The stats were not good. He threw for 70 yards when we were down 14 with 3 minutes left and no timeouts. It’s a totally different defense at that point. The same thing happens early in the year with AOC. He’d come in during garbage time and throw for 80 yards and a TD. The defense is essentially letting you do that.

You didn’t just say the raiders gave that game away. Trust me when I say that at no point were the raiders ever in control of that game. Never. The Raiders are just a bad football team, period.
Take the field goal after the turnover. You reward the defense with points. Even if 3 points seems disappointing given how close the Raiders were to the end zone at that point. Instead, they gave all of the momentum back to the Chiefs. The coaching decisions often feel desperate. Coaches should simplify the game, and take what comes the Raider's way. We've got to get off the emotional rollercoaster.
Yeah, it's Frustrating.I saw a breakdown of the o-line's blocking assignments, and I understood why there are no gaps to run in.I believe,some do not understand the blocking assignments.So many went the wrong way,blocked the wrong guy - vets on the line,had to come off their block, and chip the blitzers,or the QB was going to get BLOWN UP!
3rd quarter with about 11 minutes to go....Minshew ran, and instead of diving for a first down, he slid two yards short which resulted in a FG. Then of course the inevitable turnover to seal the deal. Team needs RB, FB, QB, OL, DL etc, etc, etc.

Gardner strength is to spread it out in an air raid style and force the chiefs out of their run defense which is their biggest strength. Well it wasn't rocket science. Since the beginning of the year there were 3 clear weakness some of us have been pointing out to the outrage of some blindfolded "true fans". This team has a horrible play caller, 2 back up QBs and a terrible running game combo = the worst offense in the NFL. There were fans at the beginning of the year claiming that our 2 qbs were better that any of the rookies selected in the 1st round this year... also claiming that Zamir White was already better than J Jacobs (because he had a good 4 games strike....🤔) How can you watch the games and make such statements is beyond me. The only thing we most agreed was Getsy being a terrible option. But to say that White was better than Jacobs, I mean how do you support that? And after an offseason were our GM and coach wanted to upgrade the QB position desperately because AOC showed his accuracy is all over the place when pressured and he can't improvised a play even if his life depends on it. Solution: we signed another backup QB to compete and hoped this will solved the problem by a miracle or something. It was clear by then that this team that was dead since the get go.

Take the field goal after the turnover. You reward the defense with points. Even if 3 points seems disappointing given how close the Raiders were to the end zone at that point. Instead, they gave all of the momentum back to the Chiefs. The coaching decisions often feel desperate. Coaches should simplify the game, and take what comes the Raider's way. We've got to get off the emotional rollercoaster.

Yeah, it's Frustrating.I saw a breakdown of the o-line's blocking assignments, and I understood why there are no gaps to run in.I believe,some do not understand the blocking assignments.So many went the wrong way,blocked the wrong guy - vets on the line,had to come off their block, and chip the blitzers,or the QB was going to get BLOWN UP!

3rd quarter with about 11 minutes to go....Minshew ran, and instead of diving for a first down, he slid two yards short which resulted in a FG. Then of course the inevitable turnover to seal the deal. Team needs RB, FB, QB, OL, DL etc, etc, etc.

This loss feels even worse because of the shytty play calling when we had a chance. It started on the possession right before the half. Run, Run, sack. Giving KC the ball back and scoring. It's hilarious how they try to run over a team with no O-Line. This was the worst play calling I've seen for professional Football.

I feel like the offensive line isn't built for Getsy's blocking concepts. I believe they are better suited for a power -gap concept but Getsy won't change it. As Sanjit says, sometimes you have blockers running into each other because they don't know who to block.

And if you watch on most short yardage plays, he's three yards in the backfield at the time of the handoff. He get's no push. I'm no fan of Getsy, but it start with AP. Attention to detail is key to being a head coach and accountabilty. AP always pointing the finger at someone else to save his own ass. He's always the victim. Victims are never leaders, they're frauds.

I agree with you. Offense play calls were to continue to run when it is well established the Raiders could not run. Gardner strength is to spread it out in an air raid style and force the chiefs out of their run defense which is their biggest strength. Ap says he is not Tanking, I dont think they are playing smart or physical offense.

For those who can’t see, Getsy and Minshew are connected to Telisco… No changes are going to occur until the offseason. Tommy B. is sitting back collecting data to see what he’s gunna keep and get rid of. We’re gunna have to be patient as fans for at least another two years
I think the OC is essential for success. I don't think it's just the players. You have to have a great offensive coach and that is where we are hurting the most. We need to find a gem out there somewhere

What's crazy is our D was ranked #10 last year. Now we are #30 wtf. We have key injuries tho. Losing Knoonce Wilkerson & Mike Epps was huge. At the end of the day, nothing have a QB sucks.
This is the thing, were not actually a bad team overall. We lost a game to the No.1 team by 7pts. The 2 interceptions\fumbles are the difference. The Chiefs capitalise with a TD we don't. I don't blame them going for it on 4th, its just that we cant finish in the Redzone. Getsys run style is not working and i dont know if he can adapt to something else.

Blame is on Telesco and Getsy. Telesco couldve hired Tanahill or Jamis Winston over Minshew. MINSHEW GAVE THE GAME AWAY JUST LIKE THE RAMS GAME
Luke getsy legit ruined minshews career as a backups essentially. He could have had a ryan Fitzpatrick type of career. Now he'll be lucky to even ride a bench somewhere. Crazy.

Minshew was great today despite no Offensive Line, Bad Coaching. Build around Minshew and fire all the coaches except give General Manager another year.
Well it wasn't rocket science. Since the beginning of the year there were 3 clear weakness some of us have been pointing out to the outrage of some blindfolded "true fans". This team has a horrible play caller, 2 back up QBs and a terrible running game combo = the worst offense in the NFL. There were fans at the beginning of the year claiming that our 2 qbs were better that any of the rookies selected in the 1st round this year... also claiming that Zamir White was already better than J Jacobs (because he had a good 4 games strike....🤔) How can you watch the games and make such statements is beyond me. The only thing we most agreed was Getsy being a terrible option. But to say that White was better than Jacobs, I mean how do you support that? And after an offseason were our GM and coach wanted to upgrade the QB position desperately because AOC showed his accuracy is all over the place when pressured and he can't improvised a play even if his life depends on it. Solution: we signed another backup QB to compete and hoped this will solved the problem by a miracle or something. It was clear by then that this team that was dead since the get go.
