Just one point, I use brake cleaner not WD40 when I clean my chain as it dissolved all the old grease

What do you think of the sprocket ratio? I plan to change the stock 1-2 less to the rear.
Hey. I think this is an unhelpful idea. The final speed will only increase in extreme situations of back wind, or when riding downhill, in all other situations you will lack of power. The change will also cause the speedometer to show a speed that is lower than the real speed, because the speedometer in the Innova model reads the speed from the engine RPM and not from the front wheel RPM. You can look for extra power in the exhaust, because Innova125i has a catalytic converter and when it clogs up, the clog cause a significant decrease in power.

Hey. As I wrote you above. If the catalytic converter in your original exhaust is clogged, switching to an open exhaust will give you a noticeable increase in power. Just check what is allowed in terms of regulations and laws in your country, and remember that an open exhaust makes a lot of noise so ride with earplugs.

Catalytic converter can not be cleaned. I know three options:
1. Buy a new OEM exhaust, it has a new and clean Catalan converter.
2. Cut the muffler with disc, removing the converter, and closed with arc welding. Bur were you cut? I do not have an internal diagram of the parts from the inside.
3. Drilling holes in the front partition probably creates a passage that bypasses the catalytic converter. At least that's my personal impression. See the attached link below.
