    Just wanted to let you know that we followed your directions in the video, and it saved us a lot of time and energy. Husband thought we might need a new stove!! Yours is the only resource we found that gave us the answer we needed. Thank you. Hope you ignore the negative nellies.

    Hello I’m I maintenance I was looking for that error I will said thank you but please don’t tell people about the breakers it’s something that people need to be so careful and the way you explained is like so easy(it is but dangerous)
    Guys normally there’s 2 braker it said 200 or 100 please first turn off that and make sure that you don’t have any power in the rest of the box so you can work safely
    God bless you guys thanks for your video

    After a power surge the electric Co came out to fix my wire going to the house. When it was turned back on the stove started beeping and I had an F9EO error were the clock would be.. Your video gave me the idea to check the breaker. CANCEL START,START gave me no response. So I checked the breaker. It was not tripped. So i Flipped it off, waited a couple seconds and then on again. That must have reset it. Like unplugging it which would have been a pain to do. Anyways, That cleared it up in my case which is good because I use that timer quite a bit. TY!!!

      Mine wouldn’t stop beeping until I pushed stop and the stove top works but not my oven

    This was VERY helpful. We got the F9E0 error codes also. Turned out to be one of the two fuses in our fuse box!

    OMG I watched other videos and it lead me to chasing different things. As soon as I saw you test for power my jaw dropped. I can't believe that I didn't head straight to the house breaker box lol. Remember people, use the KISS method. Keep It Simple Stupid. Thanks a lot for this video, you saved me more time digging deeper.

    Thank you so much. We turned off/On the switch and the breaker box and it stopped the beeping and started heating up.

    My son had a F9 error show up after he turned the breaker off to the stove, His was a non self cleaning model so there wasn't a door moter or self cleaning switch that would cause the error that the tech manual that came with the oven stated. He was having issues with the lower heating element not working, but no error until the breaker was turned off. Seems there maybe something in the circuit that is checked when the power is turned or to the oven itself. Once we replaced the lower element the the error cleared.

    • @Letloveleadus
      @Letloveleadus  5 років тому +2

      Well on a breaker box it gets its power from the bar... So once off the bar/panel it is fine

    If you have not chosen the proper setting on that cheezy little voltage tester it can blow up. I've seen it happen, fortunately the apprentice wasn't holding it when it detonated. You were lucky because 120v at the range outlet could have been a couple of different issues.

    • @HowardBaileyMusic
      @HowardBaileyMusic 2 роки тому +2

      Agreed. Many people are unaware of just how dangerous 120v can be. All it takes is a slip of the hand or even a faulty outlet and the flash can be hot enough to melt those prongs and burn your hand very badly. I shuddered when she said she checked the 240 with that thing. I'd suggest wearing insulated gloves when using cheap (non professional) voltage meters.

    Extremely dangerous to be saying it’s “super Easy” to replace...... the amount of electricity going through the breaker WILL kill someone if they don’t turn off the power first (u never even mentioned that) you should really take this video down

  • @AdrianJayeOnline

    Sorry, this was very scary, you should put a disclaimer, mains voltage can kill, if you do not know how to measure "LIVE" current, dont, and replacing a breaker can be deadly. Putting a meter into a socket for AC, the red/black terminals can be round either way, not knowing this is scary, including how you where trying to push them in, I wouldnt touch a breaker box let alone replace one. YOu may have fixed it, but understand there are some really stupid people on youtube and also some people who will take a video as a letter for letter diy... Mains electricty can kill and in some states regions, unless you are certified it's illegal to do work like this.... needs to be mentioned, I have a F9E0 as well, and have tried a few things, but i think mine is a faulty board, but as a electyronics engineer, I was cringing, I'm sure your heart was in the right place, but the video was wrong... sprry

    How did you know it was the breaker and not the door lock?

    • @Letloveleadus
      @Letloveleadus  4 роки тому

      It was because we had to trouble shoot it first and then we found out it was the breaker. We almost went and got a new stove but as soon as we changed the breaker and it worked.
