"Remember To Be Patient" is my favorite song in OMORI, and Snowglobe Mountain itself really made me develop an appreciation for snowy areas in games (to the point where I was actively hoping EarthBound would turn out to have one - and I wasn't disappointed by Winters and its songs), so I'm really glad to see you cover this. The part with Yume Nikki's "Snow World" was great as well, I love that song too. I've heard several covers of "Remember To Be Patient" already, but wow, I'm impressed by how well you managed to capture the feel of the track here. You definitely did the song justice! I love how you made this cover!! It sounds fantastic!! The way the guitar sounds so echoey and melancholic, it really captures the feeling from the original; the Snow Globe Mountain is a location only accessible if you do the Hikikomori route, where Sunny doesn't open the door for Kel and resides in his dreams, rotting from the inside out until he can't tell what is real or not. A snowy and cold landscape that looks innocent at first, but represents Sunny's mental state. Each day he loses a part of himself, each day he gets more colder, each day he forgets more of his memories until he truly becomes one with the snow, and blends with pastel colors and plastic smiles of idealized friends, after all, this is the closest he can get to the old days, and that's enough for him. And the Snow World bit actually caught me surprised! Though, the addition is truly a genius move, and it really fits with Remember To Be Patient as well. Different from what we see in Omori, in Yume Nikki, Madotsuki is just a little girl who's exploring her dream world, her past is unknown and her secrets are hidden from prying eyes. In a way, she's like Sunny in the future, his ideal paradise slowly deteriorating as he forgets who "Sunny" was. One by one, his idealized friends disappear in the endless fog in his mind, until there is none left. Mari would be the most resilient from all of them, a core memory of a loving person can't be erased so easily, but that paradise seems to have failed the test of time, and so does she. But nothing is truly erased, if you pay attention, you might hear their voices amidst the cold winds and lurking shadows... Uh, sorry for that lmfao. I just let my imagination carry me, my bad. Amazing cover!!
These two songs just fit so perfectly. They have this isolating comfort and bittersweetness. This is such a sweet and warm cover, thanks a lot for covering it!!
this specific cover gives a really nice Outer Wilds vibe (mainly the DLC), maybe it's the guitar or the repeated baseline and bass-line, it brings a sense of respite, something that can't quite be put into words. This is beautiful.

Yeah, I think I know why this reminds me of Outer Wilds, there's 2 soundtracks from the DLC: "The River" and "River's End", which mainly feature a guitar. The switch between the omori song and the yume nikki one kind of reminds me of those two songs
