Ozymandias is such a fun character and one of the most interesting servants. He is also one of the few truly successful kings in Fate.

If he is the same person who used to be Moses' brother-in-arm in Exodus and lived in his 90s then he basically survived experiencing the 7 Plagues of Egypt along with other Egyptians in that time when Moses refused to listen at his request of "letting his people go" for six tries and this version of the character took the route of did not perished in the Red Sea crossing incident just to name a few.

Since no one is asking I will. What exactly makes Ozymandias a Rider? I thought he'd ride into battle on top of a sphynx but I was clearly mistaken.
He has Ra’s Solar Ship, the Mesektet. This is the confirmed source of the lasers that Ozymandias shoots in gameplay. There is no picture of the Mesektet so far.
While Mesektet is the obvious answer, it is possible that Ozymandias is also/instead “riding” something else. Medb for instance has her chariot, but she is truly a Rider of men (sexually). Iskander has his chariot too and it is earlier stated (I think Fate/Zero material) that is the reason he is Rider, but FGO Gilgamesh states Iskander rides a country as a “politician” rather than being a “warrior”. Under Gilgamesh’s analysis Ionian Hetairoi, the army and country, would be Iskander’s true vehicle.
Ozymandias might be “riding” something obscure like faith, a country, or history. Rather than Mesektet, it might be Ramesseum Tentyris that is his true vehicle. It is likely “faith” or “history” given Ozymandias stated "all temples, be they exist in past, present, or future, exists for my sake."

Why is it that the likes of Great Temple of Dendera that was not built by him exists within the Great Temple Complex? The reason originates from Ozymandias' bygone days. As he built a great numbers of enormous temples, he simultaneously stated that "all temples, be they exist in past, present, or future, exists for my sake." He even performed glorifications and revisement to a large numbers of temples built before his days and made them his own. Even in the current present of 21st century, the one who have his name engraved unto most of the various Egypt monuments is none other than he, Pharaoh Ozymandias (Ramesseum II).
(There is one theory stating that various princes who idolized him had his name be left in history far and wide.)

I’ve always liked Egyptian mythology and history in general since like a lot of people who have family members from the area I’m technically related to one of the pharaohs sons

Ozy's immortality is different from Tiamat and besides King Hassan could only ''give'' Tiamat the concept of death by sacrificing his Grand title and Power.
PS: also Nasu has said that Ozy is Stronger then the current Grand Rider.

Imagine if DW decided to add Moses or Nefertiti into FGO but only arcade. I'd be pretty interesting to have a servant appear that knew Ozy personally and also sad. Although for some reason Nefertiti reminds me a bit of Kiritsugu's childhood friend. That would be all types of messed up.

Him adopting the traits of the pharaoh in exodus makes sense as half a servants personality and ability is based in the beliefs of the people, meaning if they believe it, it can become fact.

You had me until the part where you said there wasn't enough evidence to support exodus in general. It's wild how much written documentation there is from that time including the plagues. The Egyptians recorded the plagues and the exodus.
