The problem is moisture. Crocs are pretty much waterproof, so if your socks aren't flat and/or moisture wicking, the sweat and friction will eventually destroy the fabric (sweat is actually very acidic and sometimes stuff like your deodorant can make you burn holes in a shirt when it mixes with sweat).
The croc shrink strat is legit. My brother was a tall dude with big feet for his age back in the day but he left his crocs one day after our family went outlet shopping and bought him running shoes. They were on our front porch for a good while and after a bit nobody knew whose shoes they were cuz they shrank to my size lmao let’s go free crocs
If I had a nickel for every time I’ve heard of Ember being put in a wheelchair, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice, right?
I stopped using my crocs after just a week. it fractured my right foot, my doctor said that the shape of the footware doesn't align evenly that causes imbalance weight distribution.
I had some water shoes that had "tiny spikes/bumps" on the inside for better grip, they gave me some narly blisters on the bottom of my feet after a long river trip
I don't know about any commercial reasons for spikes in shoes, but there is a medical reason. Type A diabetics are at a very heightened risk of losing their feet (not sure why), and rubber spikes inside your shoes stimulates blood flow to mitigate the risk.
crocs ruin your socks 😤 I have never had to buy so many SOCKS

I came here for funny and stayed for education. Thanks! @@comfyVA
Hey Clara!
How much are you selling them for
i think the idea is typically to not wear socks with crocs lol
The amount of cursed knowledge this woman stores in her mind amazes me to this very day. And I’ll never get tired of it.

We need to get Lia some Freddy Fazbear crocs or something

TAKIN' A WALK IN MY CROCSSSSSSSSS
All of these just sound like immense skill issues.
Every time I've worn crocs in 4x4 mode, I've gotten blisters from them.
So twice she got put in a wheelchair. ♿️ imagine being her doctor.
Man, the guy in the wheelchair emoji is really booking it huh?
I don't need to use socks with my Crocs, feet too stronk.
Did the crocs pull a Bane on her?

And i thought girls insisting on wearing high heels all the time were crazy.
I'm not even sure of the timing of this wheelchair story, Ember has so many. She was Wheelchair Ember at debut, wasn't she?
Not familiar with Ember's content. Is she still in a wheelchair?
The wheelchair story here was right before debut. The only other time it's happened since was her ski trip last December where she got injured.

@@malcolm_in_the_middle I'm not diabetic, so I guess I just got unlucky
First crutches and now a wheelchair, is Ember ok?
I wear crocs no sock they do shrink. BUT TO NO LEVEL OF KEYCHAIN lol.
Texassun is no joke ("-_-)
Dear god, that sucks. Also Lia should have Clara or Airi on next so they can get interesting fashion advice from Lia.
My ex bought me crocs once and I refused to wear them. I felt bad but they're so ugly.
Skill issue
man i can think of many unpleasant things when wheelchairs are mentioned. 🦽
crocs is not one of em, Emby is built different ☠️
