@@CRAIGMAC-RC You're clearly not versed in this hobby. I've been in this for 15 years, seen brands come and go and owned countless cars over that time. From my experience, Traxxas cars have dropped off in quality and engineering. They haven't dropped a good value in the past ten years brother. The XRT is dog shit compared to everything in its class. It doesn't perform better than any car, and it certainly doesn't have any feature that screams $999. Unadjustable, heavy and fragile are words I'd use to describe every Traxxas. Have fun with your cars though man, it shouldn't matter if we all think less of you for thinking Traxxas is superior to even modern RCR.
@@MatMabee what is this even about man I didn’t even comment on this video , and why would you think less of some one based on what cars they have , I’ve never expressed hate towards any brand nor anybody on here, and still no clue why you would think less of me because I like my xrt and in my experience I don’t have problems with mine like others lol
Reason I sold my Xmaxx….constant pinion/spur issues no matter what I did. And lugging around that thing sucked too lol it was fun when running though for sure
That is a hard question to answer I’d say for how much we pay it’s not acceptable but the reality is just like anything high performance meant to go fast etc. it will need to be rebuilt on a regular basis. Take Indy cars they replace the motor & pretty much everything after one race & sometimes before. You don’t see Any high performance items just run & run. No matter I still get mad when they break because I just see $$ signs 🤑
It's more acceptable for your $500 Redcat, not a $1000 RC. The Traxxas fanbois will say otherwise.
