What people don't seem to understand is that Captain America is not about the serum; it's about the person. The whole reason Steve was chosen and not the bully was because Steve was a good person; he wasn't strong. Bucky has the serum but has a criminal past because of the experiments; there is too much blood on the Winter Soldier for Bucky to be carrying the shield, and the world wouldn't accept him. On top of that, Sam is the best character that has taken the mantle in the comics; he is the most famous of all the characters that have taken the mantle because he has done a great job. Sam also trained his body to peak human condition; he trained with Steve; he is more than capable, and on top of that, he is a great person. He isn't as strong and durable as Steve, but Steve can't break the sound barrier while flying and destroy jets. "Not a perfect soldier, but a good man."-Dr. Erskine. I'm just scared of how they will use Ross as Red Hulk; he is someone who is stronger than Abomination and She Hulk. The angrier he gets, the more he starts to heat up, and can melt and brun whatever he touches, so Sam shouldn't be able to go near him, but the MCU has a problem adapting characters powers and abilities, so I won't be surprised if they nerf the hell out of him.

He should NOT be able to fight Red Hulk…which is why I said I’m sceptical of this because you’re probably right…they will nerf the hell out of Red Hulk. I just want a decent marvel movie lol

The serum isn’t a cure all if you remember the abomination prior to mutation was a super soldier and he was sonned by the Hulk. I think Sam is smart enough to outwit Red Hulk especially if The Punisher was able to defeat him.

By the time Red Hulk destroyed the Punisher's armor, he was out, and Red Hulk had turned into Ross. Sam will have his vibranium wings, sure, but still, Red Hulk is someone who is way stronger than Abomination and She Hulk and can give Hulk and Thor a fight; he is going to be massively nerfed.

There was a Christmas special about GOTG, and in that special, they confirmed that Mantis is Peter's sister, so that's some information for you going into GOTG Vol. 3. We also got Werewolf By Night special which was good, so that one is worth watching. Black Panther 2 is passable; it has some good things but also has many flaws. Echo is bad and a waste of time, as is The Marvel's. If you haven't, you should start watching the Daredevil TV show; it's almost perfect and has the best MCU content; it has the best acted scenes, the best written scenes, dialogues, cinematography, etc. After S2 of DD, you can watch Jessica Jones S1, which is incredible, then Defender's, then finish up DD S3, after that watch Punisher S1-S2, and it would be great if you got caught up now so when Daredevil Born Again comes out, you are already caught up. Here we go again, so you wanted Steve to hand the shield over to Bucky simply because he was a super soldier even though Bucky has been killing and assassinating people for what, 60 years?! John Walker took the super soldier serum, how'd that work out, Sam was given the shield because he was a good man with a good heart that'll most likely do the right thing and willing to put his life on the line for it, and if you know anything about Steve Rogers, you know he's going to pick the best man for the job of Captain America, not because of friendships or special powers, never heard anyone wish Natasha, Clint, or Tony had super powers, Sam being the good man that he is, along with his military training, Wakanda tech wings and jet pack will be perfectly fine. 🤔

They all (Avengers) have their own advantages and disadvantages, singularly and collectively they couldn't defeat Thanos the first go around, so even if you gave Sam the super soldier serum, he's still not going to defeat Red Hulk and that's what makes these movies more compelling, that next level threat of what are we going to do now, I like it that Clint, Natasha, Tony, and Sam do not have super powers, everybody shouldn't have them. Tim Roth’s character in The Incredible Hulk (which is canon MCU) did well against The Hulk when he had the soldier serum in his veins so I don’t think Steve would be just stationary. But who knows. Hopefully it’s great. I need another great Cap movie. Till next time👍🏻

The first thing they said from the very first Captain America movie is that they don't need a strong man but a good man. That's what they were looking for to be Cap and Steve knows Sam is a good man, that's why he gave him the shield. Sam has been cap in the comics for years without the serum. He doesn't need it. He has other skills and he's incorruptible. That's what the shield needed. Plus there are plenty of top notch comic book heroes without supernatural powers or strength and are able to face off incredible foes (some of the most popular being Batman and the bat family, Iron Man, Daredevil - he has heightened senses but that's it, etc.).
