I lived in the Middle East for about 4 years and we did alot of that on weekens in Dubai and the UAE, but the vechiles were specially designed and built for it. Very high off the ground with huge tyres and V8's it was alot of fun but once you have done it a few times it was enough and we went for Barracuda fishing, more relaxing and you could drink and fish but not drink and drive, LOL!
