Back in time when i was still a child, I always saw tourists in airport's lounge reading lonely planet book. And wonder how could they spend much time on it. Years later im one of those tourists spending hours on lonely planet. 😅 Thank you for wonderful content. #muchlovefromJakarta

Amazing video. I was in Iceland last December and planned to go on an epic solo road trip. Then I decided it was too risky in winter with the possibility of getting stuck in a snowstorm. Planning to go back again sometime in spring or summer when there's better weather and more daylight for hiking and exploring. Love those stark, unique landscapes.

I love the part where you spoke about how clean the water is and you can drink from anywhere. I wish it was that way in the USA

It's amazing how clean the water is in Iceland. We did a video about camping, which goes into it more. ua-cam.com/video/KYtVumZ66Us/v-deo.html

There are still TONS of places in the US where you can drink from brooks, streams and waterfalls and the scenery is untouched and beautiful.

This used to be one of my favourite TV shows in the late 90s, with Ian Wright(I think that was his name)

This video is helpful. However, you should include the road conditions. The one to the hilltop is very scary with no guard rails.

Your Dinjandi footage is the best I've seen on UA-cam- great angles and color grading. Most footage doesn't do it justice. By the way, why does the timeline show it as "Simon Falls"?

Isn't it against the law to camp outside of the dedicated campsites? Asking because you recommended staying on the Red-sand beach for the night?

Good observation...also, staying at a farm with no internet sounds...err...challenging.
Also, how does one get to Vigur? Boat, ferry, road?

Hi, can you help me please coz we are planning to drive in the westfjords by motorhome. Is it safe to drive there by using a motorhome or we might be needing a smaller vehicle? Thanks a lot
