That was such an awesome and informative travel vlog! The drone shots and dancing made it so good. More people should watch this if they want to visit Iceland
Hii !! This was THE vlog that gave me everything I wanted to see in Iceland. I will be replicating this same trip 😎 thank youuu for putting this together ❤ wishing u lots of success in everything u put out 🎉
Hi! I loved your video! Thank you for sharing with us 😊 I saw that you uploaded this video a few days ago, did you went to Iceland in August? Can you tell us a bit about the weather at the time you were there? ❤
Thanks so much for watching 😊 yes we went during the first two weeks of August. We had a few nice sunny days but most days were 12-15 degrees Celsius. Nights got chilly. I think going in July would be better for weather but as a consequence, it will be busier
Hi Erika! I hope you are well! I absolutely love your video. Me and my brother are about to go on a 10 day road-trip to Iceland and would like to follow the same spots that you and your friends visited! Is there a way where you can share the map you show in your video? Hopefully we hear back from you :) Thanks for all your time! amazing video
Hello I really enjoyed your video. I am booked to go to Iceland in May of next year. I was told that you can rent a car and drive around. Would you be able to advise whether there is somewhere by the cruise a place to drop off your car since I am going on a cruise in Reykjavik and decided to go two days before. But I would like to drop the car off right by the cruise ship. Also can you tell me what is the most recommended thing I should do since I am there for a limited time. Thank you so much for your feedback
Hi! I am unfortunately not too familiar with car drop off areas or the cruises in Iceland. As for most recommended things, if you can see these places that would be great: Gullfoss, geyser, seljalandsfoss, gljufrabui, skogafoss, reynisfjara, jokulsarlon glacier lagoon. Map it out and see if you can drive and fit it all in two days
Excluding the golden circle, we spent 7 days travelling around the ring road. In my opinion though, I think it was a really tight schedule and adding 1 or 2 days more would have been better!
I know, it's something I really regret. I always respected every "no drone" sign I saw in Iceland. I unfortunately did not see any sign in the glacial lake or else I would have never flown it. I only found out after I posted this video and someone made a comment about it 😞
@@erika_pablo Thanks for the response and the responsible attitude. I went to Iceland the first time last year and was surprised to see the “no drones” sign in the parking lot because I had seen so much footage shot by tourists there. And you’ve experienced would I would dread in this situation, giving the impression that I would think I was “above the rules”. And, being and American, that would make it so much worse!! Anyway, I really liked your video and it gave me ideas for places to hit on our 2024 trip. The best of luck to you! If you want to see our crack at the Iceland tour video, search for “Iceland - For The First Time”. Thanks!
I read somewhere that you're not supposed to fly drones at Glacier Lagoon...Like you, I don't plan on letting that stop me, if I feel I can get away with it. :)
I tried to be mindful and never flew my drone past a "drones are forbidden" sign, but after some research, you are right. It looks like you're not supposed to fly your drone in the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon. I unfortunately did not notice a sign while I was there, but thanks for pointing it out - that's important information.

thanks for your super kind comment 😸
Informative and the most fun, joyful spirited Iceland vlog I've seen. And I've seen countless Iceland videos. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I really appreciate your comment, thank you for watching 😊
That was great! Excellent job editing, and I love all of the awesome dances you all did!
Thank you!! 🕺💃
I want to go to Iceland. Stoned and in awe..
Definitely a bucket list destination :)

I love how informative your video is. 💕
This is a very big trip. Must be exhausting but worth it.
What time did you go to sky lagoon?
Thank you for watching!! Our booking was for 6;30pm I believe. That gave us enough time to do the 7 step ritual before sunset.

Sorry for the late response, hope you had a great trip
Thank you for this video. My family and I leave for Iceland in less than 30 days. May I ask which camera you used?
That's great! I just used my phone for most of the time I was vlogging or my drone for areas where that was allowed.
Hi, what an amazing Iceland trip! When did you go? I am going in 1st week if May! Hopefully no rain or snow. 😊
I went in early August! May will be a bit cooler but less touristy/busy than June and July. Have fun!
Great video! How long was your stay in Iceland for this trip?
It was around 9-10 days but our days were VERY jam-packed. I would definitely suggest more days than that to fit our same itinerary
this is awesome!!!! do have a written itinerary that you can share?
Thank you! Unfortunately I do not :(

@@erika_pablo thank you for your feedback and good luck with your UA-cam channel. You did an awesome job❤️
When you make a crash site a tourist stop, you can make anything touristy.
Haha that is true
What time of the year did you go
August! But the most popular times are June and july
What drone model were you using for your trip?
DJI mini 3 pro
@@erika_pablo Thank you. Did you have any issues with the windy conditions?
@@DTOC888 I would just avoid flying it if it was very windy!
Erika can you in one day up to diamond beach with just 3 0r 4 stops before?
It would just be a long day but it's possible!
How many days did you travel around the ring road?
Excluding the golden circle, we spent 7 days travelling around the ring road. In my opinion though, I think it was a really tight schedule and adding 1 or 2 days more would have been better!
If i rent car and drive ring road six days how i plan my drive
What month is this!?
This was in August!
Disappointed that you flew a drone over Jökulsárlón, where it’s illegal.

Great video and informative. I plan to go there in September. I'm wondering how much we should spend time at Thingvellir.
Thank you, I think no more than a few hours. Lots of other things to see in the golden circle! And the whole ring road of course
Hi, super video!! It's helping me so much to organise my visit to Iceland next summer! Which period you did your road trip?
That's great to hear! We went early Aug. I think July is good too but probably much busier!
