Good evening Lea,
I love those landscapes; raw, pure and remote. The less people I see when I’m hiking or riding in nature, the happier I am.
What ice can do with mountains is remarkable.
I’m in love with Norway but I think Iceland will become number one after seeing your whole series. It’s a bit like Norway, which I visited four times, but in a grander way.
I feel exactly the same! No people are my happy place! 😂
But jokes aside, I really think that there is a special and humbling feeling about being alone with majestic nature.
Simply impressive. You can watch so many videos of iceland, but every time it's a little different and beside that your's are really special. ❤
Thank you!
Iceland is full of WOW [understatement of the year].
Sending a mother in becoming to go shopping for food. What could possibly go wrong? 😊 Chocolate with pickled cucumbers and Cheddar on exotic bread for breakfast, right?
Goodness, what a stunning piece of world! 🤗²
And another cinema-worthy video, I hope subscriptions pick up already, they lag behind badly! 🤗³
BADLY!!1! Where are you folks? 🤨 Hiding?
I think the algorithm doesn’t like me no more after my long absence. I first need to earn back its trust! 😂
You might see some of the delicious things I bought in the next episode - and I will complain a lot! 😂
@@Got2Go Sounds like you are bang on topic pregnant lass then! 🥳
And quite honestly: With the shitshow the algorithm has become, it's almost an act of recognition as quality channel if it ignores you!
What another beautiful video! Thanks for taking me from Missouri USA to Iceland within seconds. Thank you, Thank you.😊
And thank you for joining!
Lea. Thank you very much for taking us along through this stunning scenery. I could jump on my bike right now and ride the same roads 😉 Merry Christmas to you and your family- cheers Oliver
Thank you so much Oliver - I wish you the same. And hopefully many nice new videos in 2024 on your channel!
@@Got2GoHey Lea vidio yang anda berikan begitu bagus 😢
Kalo mau touring ke australia jangan lupa transitnya lewat INDONESIA , Karena banyal juga hal" menarik
Semoga bayinya sehat sehat terus...
Sallam 1 aspal dari penonton setiamu dari INDONESIA 😊😇
Teşekkürler Lea.Türkiyeden selamlar.😀
Your videos are spectacular. The storyline, arrangement and editing are highly commended.
Thank you! 😊
Abselutely stunning Aerial views, this part of Iceland is packed with raw beauty, and people living there must be a special breed to live in such a remote area. Thanks for showing this spectacular country. Lea, you have an incomparable talent for Narration, and explain the highlights of the region you visit. Cheers
Thank you for these nice words! Always happy when you guys enjoy these videos!
Merci, Danke Lea for showing us those great landscapes of the Westfjords. Loved the views of the waterfalls and great aerial views with the drone. Wow!😍
Nice to see you back on your travels Lea , thanks for showing us that beautiful amazing place called Iceland .
Some amazing views of seldom seen places in Iceland! Such a wonderful journey with you and TP! 😁😁
Thank you so much!
Incredible biking roads. Loved it.
Lea
Fabulous video! I don't know how you capture such Cinematic and Crisp footage but I am completely in awe! Please share with me sometime. I am so happy you are back. Iceland is now on my near future bucket list. I may go there next summer. You capture the very essence of the beauty and adventure of these places. This is my favorite place to be, watching your beautiful films.
I wish you, Lea, your "Riding Partner" and your brand new little "A" the most wonderful Holiday season this year!
First, many Roses for you! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🏆🏆
Cheers for "Riding Partner" 👍🍺🍺
For little "A" 🎈🎈🍦🍭
Ride SAFE and BE safe Lea!
Oh you would for sure enjoy Iceland! Only prepare for cold weather!
Thank you so much for watching again - more beautiful videos to come, I promise!
Travel partner says thanks for the 🍺 ! 😍
i am keeping up with your videos just watched the westfjords this morning.
Such amazing scenery! The drone shots are spectacular. The price of accommodation seems pretty outrageous for what you get.
Much Enjoyment 👍😎
Good as always...thanks lea
Thank you!
💗🤗💗
The trip was beautiful and wonderful and the nature was full of fresh colors thank you for sharing the trip
Let the adventure continue. Now back to the video…✌️ I didn’t leave a comment on the last two videos because I wanted to wait for a few videos in the series. But I realize that I probably should have left some comment for the algorithms. So I’ll go back and leave a comment on both videos. Your videos and storytelling are always top-notch.
Awww that’s very nice.
Yes, the algorithm is not very friendly with me yet, I think it was not happy about my long break. 😂
👍👏👏👏👏
Fantastic stunning scenery and beautiful cinematography. Thank you for sharing
Thank you!
Hello welcome back we missed you ❤
I missed you guys too!
@@Got2Go ur videos is a travel ticket from home thank u for this content I wish you the best of luck and success 🙏
Hi Lea,Welcome….
Hi. I'm your subscriber from long time ago and I'm so glad that you're back to making videos again!! Iceland videos were magical and so scenic. Would u come to Korea 🇰🇷 Maybe one day in the future? Thank you
I would love to come to Korea! It’s very high on my bucket list!
I love the Fjords! They are amazing! I would love to see them close up on a motorcycle.
I wonder if that kind of beautiful landscape all day long while travelling, can become mundane or taken for granted? Anyway, there seems to be only spectacular scenery to see over each kilometer of the Westfjords. Certainly, you will have vivid memories all of your life, of this trip to Iceland. As always, world-class content, quality, production and especially presentation! Cheers.
Great video, amazing landscapes, wonderful photography, thank you. I look forward to finding more of your videos
They will keep coming, I promise!
great video of Iceland .what a pretty country.keep those videos coming
Whenever I go to Iceland, the Westfjords will be part of the travel, I'm sure! Thank you for show it to us, and I want to wish you the best for the next year, and I hope that the first Christmas with baby A will be unforgettable.
Thank you so much! It’s actually already his second Christmas - but first one he was just born! 🤗
Thank you Got2Go ❤😊
Thank you!
Thank you Lea, absolutely georgeous!!
Lea, you have made me desire Iceland. Thank you so much for sharing your exploration.
Thanks Lea for the excellent video and commentary of the start of the west fjords journey. Your usual professional style is a pleasure to watch. Thank you for sharing with us. I was a bit surprised when I saw the patches of snow even though the trip was in summer ? Is that correct ? What a beautiful country to see. Cheers and ride safe, Dan. 🏍✌️🇨🇦
Yes, it was mid of summer - but Iceland is cold! Even in summer temperatures are often not more than 10 degrees Celsius - and it can even snow! So some of the places are snow covered all year round. We will actually make an excursion with a hike in the snow in one of the next episodes!
Magical and beautiful.. You can easily get lost with all the folklore and start to imagine 😁😁
Nice to hear ,TP ,getting involved.
Breathtaking scenery.
Merry Christmas to you both ❤️
Beautiful ride Lea, wonderful views
Hello , thanks for taking us along with you and showed us the stunning landscapes . Such an awesome video . We ll be there in summer and hope for the great weather like you had . You didn’t visit Raudisandur beach huh That what we are planning, Dynjandi Fall and Raudisandur beach
As usual an excellent video.I am inspired to visitt Iceland watching your take on the country.
Fantastic scenery
Mesmerizing.... your voice... and landscape too ... keep moving
Thank you!
Riding these fjords was a great deal drier than when you did the Norway trip! Thanks for a wonderful exploration of the West Fjords!
👍👍👍👍👍⚘
As always...super travel entertainment .... and the history lesson as an added bonus....lol...
Your drone...scenery photos/video..improving each video
Stay safe ...keep 'em coming
BUT alas..now a mummy ...travel will be restricted.. ( a little ) ... BUT .... most important is your precious baby ...
Travel adventures will always be available
Have a Merry Christmas..and we all look forward to your 2024 travels
Will do my best to still take you to awesome places. Lost of great things planned for this year already! 😍
Thanks for sharing your journey in Iceland. We are headed to the western fiords this September. We did the rest of the country last year but realize that the western part was way too extensive to try and fit in in 17 days
What a beautiful ride. Do you carry a satellite phone in case of trouble? Just wondering. I am capturing screen shots for my computer. What time of year is this venture?
I am carrying a garmin inreach - more for the tracking though than for the sos function. I have not heard very good things about all of those services unfortunately.
een prachtige route hebben jullie gereden ik heb er van genoten👍
Excellent video Lea 👌
merry christmas Lea 🌹☕🏍️
Merry x-mas to you too!
Ok 👏🎉 tschuss Lea
LOVE the videos, never miss one. ONE THING however, the backing tracks are mixed SO LOUD I have to ride the volume up and down throughout because the music is crazy loud, then you can't hear the dialog and have to crank it up. Then it's crazy loud when the tracks come back on. This is a problem all over UA-cam but I wish content creators would figure it out! Audio tracks are mastered super loud these days, so when you're authoring you need to level it out. We're watching on AppleTV btw. Again, amazing videos, could be slightly better!
Thank you so much - and also for the constructive remark. That’s actually what I already try to do - audio tracks are usually never louder than -8 in general. But I also realized that sometimes it depends a bit where you watch it. While it’s good with headphones when editing and watching on a small device sometimes it gets too loud on a tv - and vice versa with the music being too quiet. I will try yo pay even more attention to it in the future.
Cool! I did watch one on the computer and it was fine, where on AppleTV it was crazy up and down. So I think it's a UA-cam issue and not your fault!@@Got2Go
😍😍😍🤩🤩😘😘🥰🥰
Gutes Video und Viele Grüße aus Deutschland ^.^
The beings in Icelandic waterfalls are the inspiration for the central lore of my novels. What a sensational journey you experienced in this episode! Epic roads with fewer tourists is my kind of Iceland, which is why I especially loved the Eastfjords… looks like the remote west may even surpass the east?
There will come lovely episodes about the eastfjords too! You will love those! And then you will find out which I preferred more! 🤫
@@Got2Go awesome… I loved Borgarfjörður eystri so really look forward to hearing your thoughts on that area!
There is a time when legends are mostly important to describe a land and his people...today is time for elves and reindeers and Santa Claus ,when the sky is milk with stars, some is travelling in the air and send gifts to any one even to the litle "A", the old man with red dress wave with a special smile....Merry Christmas !!Merry Christmas to all !...Oh Oh Oh ! And the litles bells happly ring,...Merry Christmas !
Lea, your drone shots are amazing. Are you selling prints of some of these images?
Actually no but I always wanted to do a print shop when finally updating my website with some of my favorite motives…
This area is so naturally unmolested by anything humanity tends to throw at it. Just raw super natural scenery and a basic road. How often can that be found?
Yes, Iceland is really a unique place for the unspoiled nature!
Absolutely gorgeous (again). You are bringing us Iceland like I’ve never seen before. Oh my, those epic vistas, cliffs, and waterfalls. So incredibly beautiful.
Are you familiar with Rick Steves? He has been travelling Europe since the ‘80’s, writing travel books, and producing (still) a travel show on PBS. His books used to be called, Europe Through The Backdoor. However, due to the sexual innuendo, I think he was ‘politely encouraged’ to change the series’ name. 🤣🤣🤣 Anyway, this instalment had a Rick Steves feel to it for me. I mean that as a compliment.
During your pizza dinner, your partner pronounced a word that sounded very Swedish to my non-Swedish ear. I’m am leaning towards Viking and Swedish names. 🤔
However, my three guesses this week are incorporating the guesses of my crack team of investigators
- Arne (for obvious reasons), Aldo (because, well, because), and Arlo (my son’s adamant input).
Fabulous video. Thanks again for sharing!
So…. Now…. I was thinking if I should try to mislead you a little bit, but that’s not the kind of person I am. You are getting dangerously close - but it was again a week of failure. Given the episodes left and that you are getting very good at guessing I am positive that the chief investigator and you will succeed with the task. And it seems like you already read my book anyways - maybe I have to think about an extra surprise if you make it!
But for now: merry x-mas and I am looking forward to the next round of little a’s name-roulette!
Ps: I have never heard about him, will have to look him up!!!
@@Got2Go Most excellent response!
“… again a week of failure.” 🤣🤣🤣
That’s a quote right out of my, “How To Properly Parent For Success.” I use that phrase if my kids get less than 120% on any exam or assignment.
Good to know that with the names, we are on the right track. My son was almost called, Thor, but his mother was much wiser than my son’s father. 🤔
I’ve actually not read your book. That’s why I/we are motivated for victory. Even though today is my birthday, 🥳 your book is all that I need. But the thought of something special is appreciated. However, I’m not as optimistic of my name-guess success as you. 🤣
Have a wonderful Christmas! 🎄
One of our wise men has said once - Nature has so much to tell us, but we have lost the ability to listen and understand .. we have become deaf and blind. Iceland seems to be that place on earth where people have not yet lost this ancient ability to feel the Nature - that's why trolls, fairies and other supernatural creatures still live on this island .. and I believe it's true - they really exist 😉
I love you so much and follow you on UA-cam. I hope we meet in Morocco, and why not go to Africa. My name is Dries, I am a motorcycle from Belgium
