    Thanks to Titus, I completely CUT dairy from COW milk 6 years ago. Within 2 weeks I noticed a significant differences in bloating and inflammation. Much leaner muscle tone and cut lines and tighter abdominals. Thank you always for your excellent tips, Jean💝.
