- Mango buttercream recipe
1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/4 cup puréed mango
3 T freeze dried mango (finely grounded)
2 tsp mango extract
1 tsp salt
4 cups confectioners sugar (pure cane)
On medium speed blend butter and mango purée until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on low until everything is fully incorporated.

How much would the butter be in grams?
Is it enough to cover a 2 layer 8 inch cake?
I would probably double the recipe for a two layer 8 inch cake.
