@@Itz_Cobra so basically postal 3 was so bad the game was just ignored and skip by the own creators tho postal 3 was developed by different people and not running with scissors and had so much internal problems that led to buggy stupid game
this is probably a vertical slice. It's something that's usually made as fast and as messy as possible in order to pitch to investors and other parties. The code base for this stuff is also usually a mess, making it harder for developers to continue long term development. For those reasons, you usually start over but keep a lot of the knowledge you gained making it since now you would have a better idea of what kind of systems you would need for this game etc.
why wasn't it locke who reunited the gang and like shade could have been part of the old payday gang's intelligence network because she kinda just appeared
I kinda hope the devs go back and change alot with heists and story. I feel like most people wouldn't complain if they did stuff like removing the wifi circles on all heists and replacing them with different objectives or slightly altering the kinda boring story

@Itz_Cobra I like this game, I was waiting on it. But, the big BUT. So we see how it should be. Like Helldivers 2, there was a hidden content for later release. And payday 3, forgot "stop button" (ofc. Other stuff too). Look on Battlefront 2, they wanted to experiment with gamers, and they got what they have now... dead game....

and all they did is add a few maps and assets, this is already integrated with steam and has a server browser

i really hope they would do that, i feel like this demo was in a lot of ways better than the full product
"bare-bones prototype" that loads instantly with better matchmaking and a solo mode that's actually offline, smh
