I used CD milk for 1 week and stopped using it immediately. I do yoga and pranayam everyday for one to two hours. I also do jogging and heavy lifting. My body does not lie to me. My body told me the reality of CD milk and I had to stop it.

Bro country delight claims just put me off man, how tf can you guarantee a certain amount of water from a coconut without adulteration or genetic modification. Nature is not going to give you the same amount of produce every time, it varies because its natural. If the tree gets more nutrients it will produce more water but that is not a given, bearing external factors in mind, so how tf are they claiming to sell, to millions of people btw, the same amount of water with every coconut. It's the same with the milk and thick malai bs. If its not genetically modified how is a cow gonna produce the same quality of milk every time, to put this into perspective its like saying you'd be able to be at a constant productivity level your entire life, no rough days no energetic days the same level of productivity forever and people believe that is healthy, come on wake up people.
Country delight has Very worst delivery service. Whatever we are ordinary we are getting a lower price version of milk. I have order a Buffalo milk I got a low fat cow milk. And they don't have perfect service center or delivery pattern. And milk was not thick as show. Overall over advertising and lesser concentration on key things.
