This video doesn't actually show the old tube being removed. It appears as though you're telling people to yank the valve out of the tube. There's no "plug" that can be pulled out with needle nose pliers because the valves are fused to the inner tubes.
The easiest way I have found is we have a old Micwoave set it for 45 sec. On each side. Lay the wheel done on a 2x10 that is drilled out to put the lug threw. Then soup lightly I use 2 - 8" bike spoons set my knees on the wheel put the 2 spoons in about 9 O'clock and 1 o'oclock and it pops on easley. It took me 48 min. (X4) To un screw dismount the tube tire put the hard tires on and reassemble. Agin that was 4 tires in 48 min. Also no brainier but never use the microwave for cooking food after doing this. Our microwave is specifically for installing hard tires.

Don't use tire prys for the last step, you WILL pinch your tires if you're inexperienced, try your best to do it without prys

I filled my tire up with silicone foam and now I don't have to worry about a flat anymore

To do this with weak hands by myself. I needed three flat screwdrivers
