Easy to add a genny and turrets too. Fits anywhere and makes a great fishing boat to boot. Have you got a viking boat tutorial or is there just the speed build?

Only criticism is that there is a LOT of needlessly wasted space. managed to make mine 5 foundations longer and 2 wider (could have added more to the sides but didn't want to lose the look you created), enabling room for storage and dino transport

Bro I gotta be honest my wife and I just started playing this game and we are about a week in and we are having a blast we have watched a lot of ur videos and they have helped a lot I love this boat but with the stairs covering the motor and rudder how do u access it and are u able to see how to drive if u can access it from the drive position and do u have a boat build similar to this that acts as a role player like a transport boat for moving smaller Dino’s ? Like if I wanted to put a parasuar maybe a small pack of dilos and toss a sarko on the side type boat anyways love the videos bro

I loved this build. Having a difficult time snapping the tek fence foundations to thr front points. Keeps blinking red & green but never snaps. Any suggestions? TX 💚
When I try lowering the metal foundation with the pillar, it appears as though it will snap lower, but just snaps into equal height of the original foundation. Any ideas how to overcome this?
Snap it so it LOOKS like it would snap at the same height as the first foundation, then place it and it will be lowered. Ark has a few visual glitches that tend to confuse people :)

Is there a structural reason for these few tek pieces, or are they just pretty with the imbeded lite? I can build those parts yet. The video was definitely on of the best I've seem, and the build small enuf that my patience might survive it!
When you get to adding the triangle foundation under the thatch roof in front, It has no support. So it wont let me. Could using s+ be my problem. Husband loves this thing, trying to build it. Let me know... anyone really
Love you builds man. Just did the Jurassic world raptor pen and now tryin to do the MK 2 speed boat you did 2 years ago. Yes the one with the snap fence foundations. But I got those down ok (I think) but at the very front of the boat at the v, I cannot get the walls to intersect. Need a little help
Love this build but not sure if its useful other than looks. Dont see where any storage is available in the interior for the build to be effective in game play
If you’re having trouble with the platform limit set it to like 1000 in the advanced options before starting your game then when you get to 1:40 in the video place your first foundation as far as you can towards the front past where he says to align with the wood fence foundation and if i’m not mistaking you shouldn’t have a problem with the rest of the build from that point. maybe one more thing try to keep the metal foundation as straight as possible 😵💫
Been working this for about 2 hours now and still can't get it. Can not get the metal foundation to connect to the lower point. Either connects to upper point or same level point. Any advice?
late answer but you have to go to an obelisk with element, metal, black pearls, crystal and another resource or 2 and make a tek fabricator. you will need 100 element for the tek fab alone. best bet for element is to breed tek dinos and kill them then harvest their bodies to make element dust which u craft in your inventory to make element
Just explain pickup/demolish thatch once please, after that it's obvious what to do for the rest of the build. This was almost mind numbing slow but might just be me because I'm already familiar with the broken structure mechanics of Ark. Cool build tho.
You should watch my streams I’m recreating my ASA builds they are will all require new techniques as old ones no longer work my last one was a speedboat 🚤
Not a big fan of these small boat builds when you have to crouch to be able to drive something that's a big pass for me. Hard to outrun Leeds when you can't even get to the steering wheel fast 😅 I also had issues trying to place the tek supports o the front of boat kept saying no foundation support so I just stopped the build when it was almost completed lol.

I've built some of your beginner bases on a server with my friends, but I've advanced since then, so do you think you could build like a bigger base that can fit refining forges and dinos and stuff? I think it would be cool if you made a pretty design for a large stone or metal base. Thanks.

Where did you put the foundations to make it longer? 2 front 3 back? vice versa? I assume you just added 1 to each side to make is 2 wider?

This is an awesome boat! What I’m wondering though, is how many structures is it? Is there still enough left to add a generator, storage, guns?
structure cost 73 slots so it's well bellow structure limit of 88

I think so. I had a raft with lowered founds and got attacked by a leeds and managed to get out unscathed

The snap points are so fiddly unfortunately it’s just luck that the snap in the right place
