I have worked as an industrial design model maker many times in my career. I see so many of the same techniques we used for working with hard foam or ABS present in his chocolate creations. I wonder if he has ever done any model making or fabrication work? He’d make a fun shop teacher.
As a person who has passion for food as well as a person who has spent so many years in this industry, I pray I can find a chef mentor that can be even half as good as you are. I honestly am convinced nobody in my area has your level of talent or skills. I'm 32yo and I just want cook like this being able to put all my creativity and talents to use. Milwaukee Wisconsin either is very limited on talents, or restaurants around here are very limited on budget

This is a incredible piece of artwork and you have a great talent and creative ability for your profession in the chocolate industry and as far more than any other artist…. The screwdriver is so perfect and the screws are so perfect too and I love the detail and the color combination… they are so fantastic and you are very creative and talented with whatever you do in the chocolate profession…you are the best and only one that can make so many amazing Masterpieces.. I was expecting the screw to magnetise to the screwdriver… & I thought “surely no.” However the fact it was the right size screwdriver for the screw still blew me away! Such incredible attention to detail 🪛
