After a year of using both the winner is the higdon decoys. They have better paint and even though the bigfoots are thicker they get brittle in extreme cold and crack.
Yes the bigfoot would appear to withstand a bit more abuse. I like to add some sleeper shells, makes the flock look a bit different and comfortable. I might add 10 % or 30% sleepers. They are really good in snow apparently but I haven't hunted that late personally.
