The reason for America Chavez in the concept art is totally justified. Before Covid, Doctor Strange 2 was supposed to come out in March 2021, with No Way Home coming out in July 2021. So, originally, the plan was for Multiverse of Madness to already have happened by the time we get to see Tom's third outing as Spider-Man. @@alexoxo1 How so? The Mysterio from Spider-Man 2 : The Game was a nerd who was trying to pose as an alien until Spidey (or the Player) one punched him. I don't see anything amazing about that version of Mysterio at all.

It would hv given more reason on why Strange was necessary so he will be the one who fights Mysterio who is variant and has real powers meanwhile Peters fight other variant. But then again it might hv taken focus of from Spideys.
Apparently Venom was also considered to have a bigger role in the film. Which would have been extra interesting, but that specific version doesn't really have a reason to fight Peter fully imo. im pretty sure the scientist guy from iron man one created the video of mysterio black mailing peter bc of that one scene near the end of ffh but im probably wrong
To be fair, Quentin Beck has come from being "dead" a lot, even after fighting Daredevil, but that's a cool idea if they don't want the easy and in-character plot twist.
I still stand by the near-certainty that Mysterio is still alive, probably relaxing at a tropical resort far away from all of the drama. What would happen, then, if his reason for being there was wiped from his memory. Mysterio isn't just any villain. He is the catalyst that forced Peter to erase his existence. In Far from Home Mysterio has that complicated plan to take control of Tony Stark's legacy from Peter Parker, not Spiderman. With Peter Parker now non-existent, how would that have changed his plan? Does that make Mysterio, and man 'killed' by nobody, a paradox? This may be a reason Mysterio was left out of an already busy movie. That loose end is just far too big to ignore, and far too complicated to just explain away easily.
Strange’s memory spell was used to make the world forget Peter. While Spider-Man and Peter Parker are the same person, the rest of the world won’t know that anymore. I’m sure people’s memories of Spider-Man would be slightly retconned to not knowing his identity. For Beck, he would still remember manipulating Spider-Man but not know his real identity. His fake video to frame Spider-Man would still be made but won’t include the latter’s identity.

I agree with you that whilst Mysterio did not need to be in the film, he definitely isn't dead and DEFINITELY should come back down the road. The art all but confirms that it's a strong possibility, and I like your point that if he did return Peter would hate him so much for causing the events that led to him losing everyone he cared about, but Mysterio wouldn't remember what he did, he probably just thinks Spider-Man ruined his plans and he had to go into hiding because of it. Another reason why I think Mysterio not being in the film was a good thing is the villains we got all had powers, and it was even said in the film that they all had physical or mental problems. The theme of saving the villains fit really well as none of them were truly evil people, they were just flawed with their powers adding to that. Mysterio doesn't align with any of that, he was just an awful person through and through and would've felt so out of place.

NWH should have been a two parter . The first one about Peter's life with his identity revealed . That is may be the only time we see this on the silver screen so why not dive deep.. Also now Vulture along with Shocker , scorpion , and Kraven want to kill Peter . Plus , show other MCU characters try to help Peter like Fury and maybe Pepper . The second part should be the whole crossover thing . This leaves room for character moments and dynamics .
I think the Sinister Six for the MCU is being saved for this upcoming trilogy, it's probably gonna be composed of the characters you mentioned alongside Prowler, Mysterio, and or Kingpin. Making NWH a two parter would have bloated the film in a sense, if this first film focused on just the first section of the actual NWH people would just hate it due to the way it was done.
Personally I woulda loved 2 c mysterio in the movie becuz then we woulda had the sinister 6. Aswell I am in the groyo that believes mysterio is not dead but thats just my opinion
@@ChannelPup Actually, I was thinking about a more enigmatic redesign. First, his trademark fishbowl head can be reinterpreted as one of those daft punk helmets like in Tron. The helmet can show that weird eye mask seen in the TASM2 credits when turned on. His cape is replaced with a trench coat that is closed and covers his whole body. The coat gives off the imposing feeling as the cape but for a different reason. While a cape is more flamboyant and dramatic, the trench coat makes Mysterio more anonymous and a bit creepy. When the coat opens, it reveals Mysterio’s tech suit that resembles his comic outfit with his equipment of hallucinogenic and circuits in a messy order. This is meant to portray the messy “behind the scenes” of Mysterio’s creepy and enigmatic persona. If Mysterio were to appear in the TASM series, I would want him to act similar to Scarecrow. Not a combatant but can use illusions to emotionally taunt Spider-Man with Gwen’s death.
I think America Chavez’s inclusion and whether it’s justified depends on why exactly she was there. I get the feeling it had something to do with the fact that we were originally supposed to get Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness before we got No Way Home. I can’t help but wonder if the multiverse stuff we get in No Way Home was originally supposed to just be some sort of after effect of MoM and not because of the memory spell.

I personally kinda like the little MCU nods they had. They give off this vibe that they're afraid to just embrace the fact they live in a shared universe sometimes, so it would've been nice if say someone was wearing a "Hammer" jacket, or another character from that universe makes even just the briefest of cameos.
Spiderman homecoming with Tony stark as big supporting role and captian America cameos.. Far from home with mysterio's anger at tony and zombie Ironman in battle scene.. nwh was a nice break from mcu connections that was much needed for the character
Tobey's Spider-Man is Stronger than Tom's ..... I mean literally think about it Tom's Peter: Peak Condition, Iron-Spider Armor, Rage Boost Otto Octavious: Fatigued, Electrocuted by Million of Volts, right after getting a Beating by his Peter (as he stated he had Peter by the Neck which was right towards the end where he barely was Conscious) The Arms are also damaged because of Peter and GETTING ELECTROCUTED Tom's Peter could barely move his Hands when he was grabbed by Ock's Metal Arms Now to Spider-Man 2 Otto Octavious: Peak Condition (Bank scene) Tobey's Peter: Weakening because of his Mind-Set and Losing his Powers slowly, got hit by a Sack full of Money and hit his ribs onto something wooden, Novelization stated that Peter was thinking that he needed to Check if his Ribs are Broken or Not, was also getting his Head crushed slowly Peter's Head was getting Crushed and his Arms were also restrained, plus he was weakening and yet he could move his arms as if they weren't hold at all Also against Green Goblin To Tom: Laughs and whoops his Ass To Tobey: states that Spider-Man is Unbeatable and the only ways to win is by either A making Peter Suicidal (attacking his Aunt and well if she dies than yes) or B Exhausting his Strenght ... which was also how Ock won against Peter on the Train Heck the Rage Boost Tobey got when GG mentioned MJ just made his Power return to their Base stats so he wasn't stronger than Normal just Equal to Unexhausted, Peak Condition Spider-Man and Goblin had to pretend to be Norman just to Survive the beating he got
If mysterio was in nwh he definitely wouldve f*cked with peter until the end where i think they all get cured and dr strange just easily subdues mysterio when he comes back from mirror dimension
Venom+Eddie would help peter. Simply because of Eddie. So him being the sixth villain wouldn’t have made sense following the carnage movie. He’s not gonna attack a Teenage boy because Venom says so. Also they’re the “lethal protector”. I imagine the scenario would play out somewhat like this⤵️ Venom:Eddie we have to eat him, the other him killed the other you & me in their other universe” Eddie:well the other him, other me and other you isn’t in this universe” Tom:genuinely confused on why an Alien is talking to himself They may have a had a small brawl but I doubt Eddie wouldn’t let Venom attack because of another variant of himself.

You're so right about people hating part 1
Terrible idea, sounds like filler

More like character development
Personally I woulda loved 2 c mysterio in the movie becuz then we woulda had the sinister 6. Aswell I am in the groyo that believes mysterio is not dead but thats just my opinion
Hey I know this is unrelated but when are you doing the next Batman Telltale Series stream? It's been over a week since the last one.
I guess this confirms America Chavez is coming to the MCU its just a case of when
It makes sense she was here. Multiverse of Madness was originally going to premiere before No Way Home.
Channel Pup,
If Mysterio were in the TASM series, what would he look like to fit the style of that world?
Probably more along the lines of Ultimate Mysterio.
Basically the TASM 3 animated fanfilm.

Ah yes the "got no bitches ticket"
As real as is it is ion want it
I personally kinda like the little MCU nods they had.
Subscribe button was kind of SUS
Tobey's Spider-Man is Stronger than Tom's ..... I mean literally think about it
Tom's Peter: Peak Condition, Iron-Spider Armor, Rage Boost
Otto Octavious: Fatigued, Electrocuted by Million of Volts, right after getting a Beating by his Peter (as he stated he had Peter by the Neck which was right towards the end where he barely was Conscious)
The Arms are also damaged because of Peter and GETTING ELECTROCUTED
Tom's Peter could barely move his Hands when he was grabbed by Ock's Metal Arms
Now to Spider-Man 2
Otto Octavious: Peak Condition (Bank scene)
Tobey's Peter: Weakening because of his Mind-Set and Losing his Powers slowly, got hit by a Sack full of Money and hit his ribs onto something wooden, Novelization stated that Peter was thinking that he needed to Check if his Ribs are Broken or Not, was also getting his Head crushed slowly
Peter's Head was getting Crushed and his Arms were also restrained, plus he was weakening and yet he could move his arms as if they weren't hold at all
Also against Green Goblin
To Tom: Laughs and whoops his Ass
To Tobey: states that Spider-Man is Unbeatable and the only ways to win is by either A making Peter Suicidal (attacking his Aunt and well if she dies than yes) or B Exhausting his Strenght ... which was also how Ock won against Peter on the Train
Heck the Rage Boost Tobey got when GG mentioned MJ just made his Power return to their Base stats so he wasn't stronger than Normal just Equal to Unexhausted, Peak Condition Spider-Man and Goblin had to pretend to be Norman just to Survive the beating he got
I wanted to see 2007 venom
Spider-Man with a gun in fortnite is the best design
I just noticed Mcu Spider-Man movie happen in 12 hours
Wait so the big beautiful subscribe button is..... a knocker I didn't know had to knock on the door to subscribe but okay¿
If mysterio was in nwh he definitely wouldve f*cked with peter until the end where i think they all get cured and dr strange just easily subdues mysterio when he comes back from mirror dimension
Since he said not to #releasethewattscut
Do you reckon there’s one?
System island? Really? No man it’s liberty island.
Venom+Eddie would help peter. Simply because of Eddie. So him being the sixth villain wouldn’t have made sense following the carnage movie. He’s not gonna attack a Teenage boy because Venom says so. Also they’re the “lethal protector”. I imagine the scenario would play out somewhat like this⤵️
Venom:Eddie we have to eat him, the other him killed the other you & me in their other universe”
Eddie:well the other him, other me and other you isn’t in this universe”
Tom:genuinely confused on why an Alien is talking to himself
They may have a had a small brawl but I doubt Eddie wouldn’t let Venom attack because of another variant of himself.
Spider-man no way home

Never liked America Chavez. Good thing the character didn’t make it into the movie.
Is there any lizard concept art? Like maybe one where he is wearing the pants and labcoat, to this day I'm still salty how they went out of their way to make the other villains look as comic accurate as possible yet not bother giving lizard his labcoat and pants
