Varenna, Lake Como, Italy~Off Season/Fall in Varenna~Best Location in Varenna, near ferry & train 🇮🇹

Our first 2 days spent in Varenna, Italy on Lake Como in the Normandy Region in Northern Italy. This was during November/Fall/Autumn, we spent 11 days in Varenna as our home base while we explored the other towns on the lake. We reserved our apartment on Booking.com, it is referred to as Casa Ferry and is located right in front of the Ferry dock and very close walking distance to the train station. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the train station, about 10 minutes walk to the small grocery store and pharmacy. The video shows 3 of the restaurants that we visited and enjoyed. This time of year is limited in choices for restaurants as it is off season but the few that stay open through November and even December are wonderful and the experience is really great when there are so few people in town. Highly recommend Lake Como in the Fall.
