Salesmen at motorcycle shops don't need to be good. All they need to do it get people in the door regularly. I bet they appreciate you and you appreciate them. You and that bike shop are a great combo. Of course I'm not saying the salesman are bad.

Nice! but the S&S race version is a 1000 cad, the street legal is over 2K at f9. I'm leaning towards the 2-1 tec stinger for around 400 usd. Apart from no engine guard and the center stand arm sticking out on the port side, it looks and sounds pretty good. The tec minus the CS its supposidly 33 lbs lighter than stock. 🤔
I've rode both the Intercepter and the GT with the TEC Stinger, it is a great option that I do like. You're right about the price too. The S&S does cost more while offering more in return. Check Baxtercycle.com for price. Let me know which option you go for. Again, both are great. Wahoo!
Oh what the heck, this wallet was getting heavy anyways. I'm going to the dealership right now to put some down on one of these. I guess you could say just like Lyle, I lovett. I came here to hear the pipe and that put me over the edge.
Now that is a great question. Have a friend that uses his Interceptor regularly on dirt and gravel roads. I'd love to see how it did on rough fields too! Wahoo!
@@forgottenmotorcycles Center stand 2.5kg grab rail .5kg & replace cast steel headlight bracket cast fender holder with alloy parts. Remove plastic fender extenders & get weight down to below 198-200kg & Gt is 4kg lighter due to 1.2L smaller tank & no center stand. Great bikes to customize.

Wet dream is right on! How would a well used intercepter be for a farm bike? Seat looks comfy but the brown looks off.
