Shed Repo?
Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on payments and
if they fail to make their payments the shed rightfully belongs to the finance company, the buyer signs a contract giving the finance company permission to retrieve their asset if they don't make their payments.
I understand hard times happen to people and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the shed which many people do.
Then there is this...

I will tell you what's really bad is when rich folk buy up all the affordable homes. Then they replace a few things, slap a coat of paint on them and rent them out for way more than they should. Then folks have no choice but to rent a shed to live in.

Always amazes me the strength and agility the mule has. It lifts and handled that building even with the stuff in it like nothing and moves it easily even in 8 inches of snow. I guess the tracks make the difference. I'd bet the regular tires would struggle in that deep snow. But a machine is only as good as it's operator. Good job. By the way thanks for the entertainment during the move. Darn stumps.

@ Nash unfortunately some people see that as living and don’t mind it. They have children who usually follows pursuit, lives at home with their parents till their 35, then they fall in love with their 3rd cousin get a rent to own cabin

Camera tech falls and drops her camera into the snow; mayhem ensues. Very entertaining. BTW: From someone who lives in a climate where temps drop below -20°c I recognize excellent powder when I see it. Good day for some cross-country. Downhill would be really fast, too!

This was definitely a Load of Junk inside which someone obviously Stopped making Payments on. Those Donuts 🍩 🍩 looked pretty Good inside Shed. 😬👍
It baffles me that people don’t clean out their stuff when they KNOW it is going to be repossessed. I had a fabulous career and then MS hit me. I went from $7k a month to nothing. I knew I wasn’t going to be able to make my car payment so I cleaned out my car and even had it detailed by a family member and contacted my finance company to come and get it. The repo woman felt SO bad about taking it that I gave her a hug and told her not to feel bad as I handed her both keys to the car. It was the responsible thing to do.
I appreciated the fact that she wasn’t laughing and didn’t make a big scene when she took it like many repo people do. I’m not a scumbag, I just had unfortunate circumstances when I came down with a dreaded disease.
Amazing I thought for sure that shed would break into from all the Junk inside in the deep snow you did it you got it done excellent job

Every time I see the stainless steel metal box on the right side of the mule, I think of the carwash coin dispenser and think it may stop any moment and you'll have to add another quarter to continue the repo! And when I see you put on the remote control bag and walk away, I gotta say, it does kinda look like you just grabbed your purse and you've abandoned the repo and decided to go shopping instead.

These folks most likely was helping out one of their kids and allowed them to move that onto their land. And as usual the kid failed and didn't pay or got locked up.

What happens to all the belongings that people leave in sheds? Do they have the option of picking them up or do you trash it? I can't imagine people leaving so much in shed I'm sure the people are told that you are coming to get shed cause of non payment. C.M
I'd be afraid that the owners would leave a 5-gallon bucket that they were using as a camp toilet. Is that one of the things you were looking for?
