If you go into settings you can turn off the annoying combat animations, and can turn on the ability to see how many troops/territories your opponents have. Also, this would be much better if played against real humans, the bots (even on the hardest difficulty) are waaaay too easy.
@@za1ko628 the game isn't meant to be played against just the AI. I think the AI is well designed as is for when you have other humans as well, but just playing against bots is easy and not as entertaining
drew actually played that game smart since he only had some territories of scotland buut he started to imperialise everyone but there was also a lot of luck involved. I like drew's strats that he hides in a corner and when everyone kills each other he moves in and sweeps for the kill we should learn from him.

Pict was not the name these Celtic tribes called themselves. It comes from the Roman (Latin) since in war the men painted their bodies. It's where the English word picture originates. Also the Scots originated from Northern Ireland.
Hey druuwuu game suggestion: Warlord Brittania, this is a really cool game where you land in britannia and you need to build a village with tents soldiers and workers, after you are setteled you need to raid other villages and then make em pay taxes! It's a really fun game to play!
Playing humans in this is fun, even more so if you with friends so you can actually talk to them. It opens up the possibility of mind games. The amount of times I managed to stop incoming defeat by pointing out the bigger threat is glorious.
Can we just appreciate that drew played as Scotland and learnt some old Gaelic as someone who lives in Scotland I am amazed at how quickly he learnt the language lol naw I am surprised he didn’t pronounce Orkney correctly as it still exists to this day

these names aren't really accurate. Wales is Cymru so they got that right but Ireland is Éire, Scotland is Alba and i think the Isle of Man is Mann. no idea about England tho

If you find yourself in a good position with 20 to 25 percent of the map and alright defences and just decide to go crazy, you will definitely win! The AI can't handle fast advances with little defences. Basically, if you become the mongols then you'll win!

You should look at how orange and red played. They go all in and try to get as many provinces as possible while you stay behind and stack troops. Its a good defence but you need much longer to get anywhere. The game is litterally called "risk" but your gameplay isnt very risky. But then again I guess you are just playing safe, and it seems to be working so I really have nothing to complain about.
