You need to enable Ntvdm which is 16-bit combability mode. Its a windows system component.

Did you install from the CD? I have a 64 Bit Latte Panda and the CD I just can't get it to run. Any tips?
I don’t remember which CD release I had. I was on a 32bit version of Windows 10. It was random luck the game ran.
I have the disc and it says it can't run on my PC. I'm so sad. Just bought this at a book sale for $1 :(

Ben Anderson not sure, this was running on 32 bit windows 10, with a 64 bit Intel core 2 Duo. so should work on 64 bit windows.
