Zillow has worked well for longterm rentals I’ve had, but doesn’t seem to work for my midterm property.
How do you make it work on Zillow for mid-term rentals.

I'm confused as to when the repairs/maintenance becomes the tenants responsibility. Even with LTR major issues are the Landlords responsibility. And isn't this why they are paying a premium? To have the little maintenance things covered? I've only had both LTR & STR so trying to learn this MTR option and this part confuses me a bit. Is this common in the MTR space? Also, what kind of deposits do you recommend for pet-friendly homes?

We pay for the maintenance. We just require that the tenants schedule it.
