    Great exercise! I have a degree in Physical Therapy and this exercise is very similar to many corrective exercises that P.T.s use in their practice.     Great posture exercise. I followed Geoff Pike years ago with his horse stance exercises,then Phillip Starr with his practical,body mechanics & extending ki or chi.Now you have given me another form,posture,stance exercise to go with them.Thanks,Patrick for your willingness to help others. Den.
