  • Can you really CURE an autoimmune disease? Conditions like Hashimoto's, Grave's disease, RA, MS, Crohn's and Colitis? Or is the autoimmune game simply one of "management?" While the scientific community hasn't fully ironed this out yet, I hypothesize that it IS possible to cure autoimmunity. Whether an individual has the tools, knowledge, and dedication to do what it takes is up for grabs, though...

    I know my stress and cortisol is messed up and I don't know how to get on top of it. Raised by a narcissist Dad. Married and divorced a narcissist. The kids' dad alienated the kids from me; years later, the children came back to me. Middle child rendered a paraplegic at age 17 years; black mold sickness for 15 years and just now getting better. Now fraud perpetrated on my family and the financial security I had for the future with my son is gone. Yeah, its a mess. I am doing all I can to stay calm, but I can feel the stress humming in my body. Its weird. I would like to try to do this program, but I think it would be a waste of money because of my stress level. Its a bummer because the gas that causes the bloating is burning my organs. Its affecting my kidneys and my liver and even affecting my whole abdomen area and thighs. Its prickly and sometimes painful. I am adding in Bile salts this week and hoping that helps. It never ends.

    Wonderful video. I have had an autoimmune disease for more than 15 years and was able to turn my ANA negative for the first time a couple of years ago with diet and lifestyle changes. No further progression of my disease and some re pigmentation - I have vitiligo. It can be done but you are right its more than just one thing. Its a lifestyle change and takes effort and commitment.

      Congrats! That's wonderfully encouraging. I'm doing quite well on a version of the autoimmune protocol but I've a way to go yet.

    I was watching a video on Netflix, which i normally take with a grain of salt. However, it was called , i think... human body. It talked a lot about the human body relearning new information and gut playing a hue roll in healing and allergies. I feel you are always dead on for many things! I have found many other on you tube in your line of practice also explaining low vitamins creating autoimmune issues and so furth. You're spot on to me.

    What about multiple sclerosis? I didn't hear you mention that at all. Seems like a different beast altogether.

    Just saw one if your videos, please does drink water during meal have any effect on stomach acid production?

    • @ldjt6184
      @ldjt6184 22 дні тому

      Not the production of it, but it it dilutes your digestive juices to a great degree, making digestion much harder and slowed down. Have your liquids away from meals.

    What about those with chronic gastritis?

      And post infectious IBS with Vinculin antibodies. The biggest problem is always, when you have a protocol, you know what you should take but your body doesn’t tolerate it.

      I've heard some people use parasitic worms successfully. It sounds risky though so I can't fully recommend it. I doubt any doctor would recommend it either. If you happen go that route be very very careful and do a lot of research.

    I've made a point of buying chicken livers once a month (I don't like beef liver, it's too gamey). For those who can't stand them, "pate" (chopped liver) is a way to make it more palatable. Easy recipe and it's pretty good. Saute livers in pan, saute finely diced onions. Hard boil an egg. Food process all together with whatever seasonings you like. I like garlic and pink Himalyan salt. Re-process with added water for creaminess. Great on (gluten-free) toasted bread or crackers. You can add avocado slices to further dampen the taste. I eat a portion for 3 consecutive days. You can also freeze the pate.
    I love the way you said that our immune system's only job is to keep us safe and if that means attacking a part of our body to do so, to cut the immune system some slack. Having become a more "spiritual" person recently, I'm going to make a point of expressing gratitude for my immune system on a daily basis.

      Sounds tasty! Is chicken liver also as nutritious as beef liver?

    • @ddmr44
      @ddmr44 Місяць тому +2

      @@pachuco1674 They're both nutrient-dense foods, good for AI disease and the gut, but supposedly, beef liver is more nutritious overall. If I'm not mistaken, chicken livers have twice the selenium as beef livers, which is what I need. You can google for the nutritional particulars.

    There are functional and permanent cures depending on the system of medicine you choose. I like homeopathy.
