Not just in Europe, but not in rentals either! And obviously you have never had to live in a run-down, nasty, neglected place that has not seen caulking in over 50 Years! And, probably came infested with the bugs to begin with! Only people of low incomes would understand that! You are fortunate to be from an "upper income". It did not help you with your manners though!
