i have seen may sedan and suv videos of engine overhaul.. but this was at next level... actually this is the first time i am seeing a v6 engine being rebuilt... or else indian cars doesn't come with v6 models. this was just an awsome experience to watch thanks nakul ji for posting such a great video.

Amazing video and hats off to those mechanics 🙏🏻 Connecting so many parts, hoses, cables, sensors.etc at a right place and imagine missing to install one single part in the engine and realising it once the engine is mounted..😅 My god… Range Rover advertising their cars saying that they’ve built with that technology, this technology…. But these guys without any degrees (apologies if I am wrong and correct me if I am wrong) literally took out everything and assembled it back as it is with so much complications… Indians Rocks❤️ Great job 👏🏻

Great video, was the bad oil pump the cause of this failure. Low oil pressure to the main bearings eventually leading to higher friction on the crank which inturn lead to bent rods ??

What a fantastic TEAM OF MECHANICS AND TECHNICIANS you have at the workshop, just mindblowing. I have few questions brother:
1. How do they take care of each and every nut, bolt and washer while disassembling and reassembling of such complex engine. Don't they miss or lose some part?
2. How do these excellent technicians work on cars ranging from alto to landrover without workshop manuals, especially engine overhauls which are complex jobs?
3. I saw they just used a breaker bar to tighten the MAIN BEARING and HEAD BOLTS which are the most critical bolts and should only be set to the manufacturer-provided torque-spec using a torque wrench and angle method. Why didn't they do that,? I think they just approximately tightened it.

Asc from Hyundai Broke the valves when changing the timing belt..The soo called Head Mechanic was a potato head who cranked the ignition without setting it. How much does it cost to do same job for audi a4 2013
no torque wrench or torque sequence being used to reassemble the engine? I didn't see any of this in the process. I hope he offers a warranty of his work.

Bhai mere pas e class 2013 old shape vali hai usmei problem hai wo kabhi kabhi 2000 rpm tak geat change hi nhi krti 2000 se upar bhi chli jati hai lekin gear shift nhi krti fir chalti chalti normal bhi ho jati hai apne aap 1500 rpm tak jate jate gear change kr deti hai... Lekin kabhi kabhi 2000 rpm tak chli jati hai please bhai reply krna keya problem ho sakti hai or solution keya hai plz btana... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I am planning to get a land rover, a preowned one, maybe a sport or discovery sport still i am unsure coz i have seen and heard that land rovers are not at all reliable and cost a hefty amount to maintain. You being an expert at this, i wanted to take your opinion that should i go for and Rovers or not, and if I'll hqve to cry a lot after getting one.

1) Airbags error ko kya kiya and 2) Why you said Engine oil we are putting but will be changed again ?
Airbag error was there even before this work.. we checked with customer. He said some module isn't working so leave it.
After engine overhaul, oil needs to be changed after 1000kms

What an unprofessional way to work on such a beautiful piece of machine. There is a reason why the torque wrench was invented and manufacturers use specific torques on specific bolts and nuts. The way they torqued the head bolts my eyes hurt watching it. And whoever told them to use oil on head gaskets? This is a very delicate and advanced engine, not some mechanical diesel from a 50 year old truck. I'll be very surprised if the engine lasts more than a year.
Don't worry
This range rover was butchered! Correct procedures were not followed. A range rover should not be repaired by the roadside. What was the owner thinking not taking it to the dealer for repairs even if its more expensive. These untrained mechanics do not even know of the sequence of tightening the engine head bolts using a torque wrench.
Don't worry ,fully Electronics and Electric......
Experience teacnician can do better repair than showroom works

Then you would have given some money to the owner of such car so that they would have done this repair work at authorised service centre. 😂😂😂

What's the process after if petrol is filled mistakenly in diesel car or vice-versa?
Flushing of tanks. If driven diesel engines on petrol the fuel pump bearing will fail as they are self-lubricated by diesel. Petrol being abrasive due to no sulphur will damage it permanently. Indian Cars 50-85K is the cost & Luxury u can guess. Diesel in Petrol will create lots of smoke & stop due spark plugs cannot ignite the diesel due high flash point.

I recommend your channel to watch and how not to be get fooled by other machanic because someone did engine work in polo GT he takes 2 month because engine is seized oil became grease vw says engine has to be replaced which cost him 5lac and he decided to do outside repair and it works but after only 1000km engine start creating noise ac Stop working and the machanic says another repair job in engine so I suggest him to do GT work in your garage now it his call what he says by the way I love cars that's why I'm your subscriber thanks.
