- In this episode of Bitch She’s Madonna! we go in depth with ‘Frozen,’ the lead single from Madonna’s critically acclaimed, Grammy winning album ‘Ray of Light.’ Featuring rarely seen interviews Madonna explains in her own words the meaning behind the song, why it was chosen as the lead single from the album and MTV’s Kurt Loader also takes us behind the scenes with Madonna on the set of the iconic music video directed by Chris Cunningham. This episode will be the first in a series of episodes this year to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the ‘Ray of Light’ album.
“Ray of light” to “music” is my favorite Madonna era.
Oh gosh, 25 years ago and I was there, waiting for the Frozen video to premiere on MTV Latino, and also MTV Brazil. Amazing era.

How about a documentary “40 years of Madonna: Madonna talking about human rights”(women’s rights & LGBTQ rights), that would be great 😊
She lasted 40 years because she wasnt too loud about her LGBT politics. She was more about letting her music and videos do the talking. She is allowed to get preachy post Music era. Madonna has gone older and American Life was further evolving. She kept her class and integrity in spite her activism. Until, she recorded a trashy song with Sam Smith and made it obvious that Lady Gaga is on her payroll. She only mentioned Ageism once on speech and her aged fans make it seem like she played victim all her life. Madonna never played victim or resorted to Queer Baiting like Gaga does to sell records.
