Some places have two/three names because our people refuse to adopt the colonial names. Example. Janjabureh was named after British guy named McCarthy and the later renamed Georgetown.
No group of people in the world is more educated than Afro-Americans concerning the European escapades to conquer, indigenous people of the world. American black revolutionaries have been in farming, black Americans of what and how they did their thing for years I am very happy to see that African people are catching up or educating themselves to the tactics of colonialism. If I were African educator's I'd take a sharpie and write the correct name of all of those places on the learning materials.
