I did find this information very useful and informative, in the future it would be better if we don't have to face the sun the entire time. Thank you for your content.
I’ve owned a PA14 for about 6yrs and love it. I agree about the cost (luckily I picked up an end of year model and saved $$) and proprietary items needed. But when I tried them out for me the Hobie was easier for me and felt more natural. The Native seems to have put a lot of thought into stuff like motor hookups. But again the Native to me felt more cumbersome…just my 2c
If hobie was smart instead of putting out a revision of the 360 drive and calling it there new kayak what they should do is also revise the platform for installation of the newer products like dual graphs live scope ect. make a revision as well to the hull. Would be a possible reason to buy a new hobie. Native kayak did an awesome job with the revisions and body design making this platform a reason to upgrade from the older versions. Hobie just needs to do the same
Hope you won't mind answering a few questions I have. I appreciate all of the videos you have made on this kayak. What are your thoughts on both the initial and secondary stability of this boat? Do you know what the width (workable space) of the cockpit is - space between gunnels in front of the seat? I was also looking at the Jackson Knarr, as it has the most deck space I've seen in a large yak, but the initial stability isn't great due to the hull design. Much appreciated.
Best stability I have seen on any kayak. And I have had a lot. Initial and secondary. The workable deck space is a little over 26 inches. It is designed to lay the ketch board down on. I show that in another video. I think the first one. Thank you for watching.
The Titan X I’m waiting on will be my first kayak. Coming from bass boats, I wanted something to carry a lot of gear. However, I realize it’s heavy and definitely been considering a trailer. May convert one of my utility trailers until I can afford a dedicated kayak trailer. Appreciate all your input on the Titan X and hate to hear you feel it isn’t the kayak for you.
I have been thru a lot of kayaks to find the perfect kayak for me. The search is still on. It is an amazing kayak but it has more than I needed. I won't ever put motors or electronics on it. I almost bought another LYNX but thought I would give this a try first. It was so close. Thank you for watching.
@@charlescurryadventures What I want is to feel safe in any brand's Kayak, to be able to ride calmly without worrying about the Kayak turning easily. Thank you one more time.

Hey now one of us has to face the sun. It was either y'all or me. Hahaha. Just kidding. Thank you for watching.

And that PA 14 is an amazing kayak. One of my favorites. Still my absolute favorite is the Hobie Lynx.

I second the rudder position complaint, always in the way on my Outback as well…total pain in the Alph Sierra Sierra on land!!! Great video!
Thank you so much.

Don’t get a knarr they have a lot of issues, check UA-cam for reviews. Fishing with gramps had his fill with water and almost sunk
@@BanksOpenKayakFishing thank you. A knarr is not on my list. Thought of it in the past but rules it out for sure. Thank you for watching.
Nice to hear you coming back to hobie lynx I loved mine! You inspired me to get the lynx 😂
Gonna sell this one and pick up another lynx. Yes sir. Hopefully when this one sells they will have that blue LYNX in stock. Ha
The warranty on the Hobie has been in question from other kayakers???
It absolutely has been from what I have heard. 💯. Thank you for watching.
lots of complaint since moved to Mexico

Wow...didnt see that ending coming. I do respect the honesty though. 👌🏽
I just really enjoyed the lynx out of all of my kayaks. This is as good as the PA. But I would take a lynx over the PA too.
Thanks for making me look at the sun for the entire video. My eyes hurt
Bahahaha weening out the vampires. Thank you for watching (the sun).
@@charlescurryadventures lol! It’s all good. Came for the info not the scenery. Good info
@@seanmyhre1305 thank you sir.
What size Karavan trailer is that? 4x8? 5x8? I'm thinking of going that exact route with the titan X 12.5 & KARAVAN trailer. I need the versatility.
It is the 5x8. And I just rebuilt it again a different way for even more versatility.
Great video! Really surprised me! I have a Vibe Makana and its awesome but im trying to get into something bigger now. Either the PA12 or a TitanX.
Both of those are great kayaks. Can't go wrong either way. Thank you for watching.
Good afternoon, which is the safer Kayak, the Native Tintan X 12.5 or the Hobie?
Greetings from Portugal
What Hobie?
Safer in which means? Stability wise to feel safe standing would be the titan x. Safety wise they better all be safe.

@@hugobarreiras6652 titan x is super stable. Hobie lynx. And sportsman 120 pdl. All stable.
@@charlescurryadventures thanks

Native doesn't have one way scupper plugs?
If so they don't come standard. If I keep it I will look into it. Thank you for watching.
How does it compare to the nucanoe unlimited?
I have zero experience with the nucanoe but if you are talking their pedal drive system I hear it is trash even from dealers.
I bet you the warranty is better thru Native than Hobie.
I bet you are right. I am hearing terrible things about hobies warranties right now. Thank you for watching.
Great video series. Thanks for the useful information
@@rubenakacoolerlid2314 thank you for the kind words.
If I was closer I'd scoop it up.
I just put it up on marketplace. Probably won't stay there long. Thank you for watching.
