Mestre Bimba created a teaching system for the then Luta Regional Bahiana. An organized pedagogical system and with academic standards which enabled the rise and insertion of CAPOEIRA REGIONAL in Bahian society. Mestre Bimba was a great FIGHTER appearing to society and government as well as a great EDUCATOR.
The sequência is the ABCs of Capoeira Regional that facilitates and speeds up the student’s ability learn how to play capoeira. All students from beginner to advanced will partner up and practice the sequência every day of class.
