The way he plays guitar and composes is so distinctive, you know it's him if he's playing. He doesn't sound like a carbon copy of anyone. Awesome work.

See this is why I love it when bands have great features, I heard Josh on the new Intervals album and knew there was something special going on with his playing. Went to check out his solo stuff and man this is killer! Definitely gonna be jamming these tracks for a while

With stacks and hi hats sometime if you change on the cymbals sit on each other it can change how well they interact.

I think it's more in 5/8 feel

@@jacob7225 no, the time stamp shown where the double bass starts is 16th note quintuplets in 4/4. I have the transcription. I can see how it can be thought of as 5/4, 5/8 though
@@ChrisMorinoDrums If that's how it feels to you then that's fine. I feel it in a long 5/4, which judging by Josh's head movement is how he's feeling it too.
