Is that true? Thats actually very funny. Anyone who's beaten the final boss surely knows the time and effort it takes. Such a clever troll tactic because Elder princess shroob is an extremely long boss fight.
It also feels like its not calling you a criminal specifically but rather at first thinking that you just don't know that you're playing a pirated game, thus giving you the benefit of the doubt since these could simply be made then sold. However, the game eventually realizes you aren't going to comply with reporting the anti piracy and it then paints you as the criminal.

Honestly you did a nice job with this. Portraying the piracy as like a way to teach you a lesson while enjoying the game mechanics offers a good way to encourage you to buy the normal game. I also love how the music is slowed down, it adds a nice touch to it while not making it seem obvious that this is fake
while it doesn’t affect me, it may be a good idea to add an epilepsy warning somewhere (like the first line of the description) as the flashing lights were a bit chaotic, and im not sure if they could be harmful for anyone. great video by the way, though! i liked how toadsworth was essentially frantically trying to tell mario (the player) to not pirate while still trying to manage the battle. very nice editing!

I gotta admit this is one of the few Anti piracy videos I liked beside the classic like Mario Party DS, I felt it was realistic enough, was scary yet not completely unrealistic, and used the games world and assets effectively!
A sequel strives to improve on the predicessor. The eerie tone of Partners in Time fits a bit better than Superstar Saga's more comedic tone. Great Job! Dang that File Select scared the sh*t out of me.

The specific glitches of it loading in the Shroob UFO thing to blast Mario felt too specific to be real, but other than that this one actually seemed pretty legit
if there's one I notice that sticks out is the GBA cartridge remove sound glitch during crashes. it's not a sound file in the game. well I suppose it's a universal criticism to the DS anti piracy vidoes.
It seems more like a destructive glitch creepypasta than a copyright message, it's obviously fake at that point (all are, but this is very evident), if this were "real" it wouldn't be so messy. I like the video besides that point, good job ;)
