POV response. 4 vehicle PIA

Dispatched to a 4 vehicle PIA on the highway involving a semi and 3 cars in a construction zone. Ambulance was on scene upon my arrival and had PT care. Semi was blocking all lanes of traffic, and the cars were spread across the roadway. Highway was shut down for a short period of time.
