Tolles Video, Anja. Das Frühstück sah eigentlich ziemlich gut aus! Bei mir gibt's fast nur Brezeln und Brot. Als Engländer bin ich aber kein Fan von diese Knuspriges Brot hier xD Vllt sollte ich Dresden auf meiner Liste hinfügen, sie sah auch ziemlich schön aus.

Beautiful city, which I have never visited. But I think Frauenkirche is not the Church of the Women, but the Church of Our Lady, which is a Catholic name for Mary, the mother of Jesus. Some other cities also have a Frauenkirche.
In Poland, in Krakow, there is a church whose name means the same. Kościół (church) MARIACKI = Church of the Virgin Mary.

Ooooooh Anja, das ist köstlich: Women's Church 🤣🤣 Daran erkennt man den gottlosen Osten 😜 Wir haben hier bei uns auch eine Frauenkirche, auf Englisch heißt die "Cathedral of Our Dear Lady" und ist der einzigen Frau gewidmet, die im Christentum überhaupt von Bedeutung ist, nämlich Maria. Bei der Dresdner Frauenkirche wird das nicht anders sein, obwohl die Kirche meines Wissens evangelisch ist und schon immer war, und die haben es ja nicht so mit der Maria (ich bin halt religiös auch nicht so sattelfest wie ich tue *flööööt*...)
Ansonsten ein tolles, flottes Format. Leider muss ich kein Deutsch mehr lernen, es geht schon so... Das Frühstück sah auch sehr fein aus 😋

"Brot" for such a small word is hard to say. It took lots of practice and I'm sure I still sound like I have a mouth full of marbles
I still don't have it correct. I have so much trouble with the 'r' sound, but the b has too much of an air stop and it seems like attempting my 'r' requires a wind-up in the back of my throat, so the transition from b to r seems impossible.
@@kevinb2469 German pronunciation can be quite tricky. "R" sounds especially so. Even words that are "easy" become difficult once you actually use them in a sentence. One might have a tongue twister on their hands depending on the sounds preceding and following those easy words. But in the end I love the challenge of this beautiful almost Mathematic like language.
