Crazy how much money people get for houses in Mexico. Prices should normally be set in relation to wages and land available. Mexico has super low wages and loads of land. For those prices you can even find places in our overpriced market.
@@bernardpaulsen825 A lot of those houses in Mexico have bars on windows because of crime. Even in California you can purchase in the Central Valley close to the Sierra Nevada or coastal mountains. If you don't depend on a job you'll find. But California is an extreme example. There are plenty of other states.

It's expensive for Mexico as a country, cheap for the Lake Chapala area, and about 1/3rd of what a similar home would cost in California.
