Magar na aap jo jo measurement bole waisich dali mai but zara roti na bahot naram hogayi thi ..kya reason rehta aisa hone ka

Double ka meetha banane se pehle meethe ki roti ko kadak hone ke liye 2-3 hours ke liye khuli hawa ya fan ke niche rakhdenge to woh achhe se kadak hojati kadak roti jaldi naram nahi hoti

As salamu alaikum wr wb ☺️ masha Allah bht hi behtareen👏 n unique recipe👌. In my shikampur I only use to add the onion n curd stuffing. In this you've added coconut, khashkhash n dry fruits pwdr, that's unique masha Allah. I'll definetly try this, but here we don't get khashkhash? Do we have any other alternative for it?
