Hi. I received a package of the reusable bags in the mail!!! I am so happy. Thank you for hearing my concern and addressing it right away. My yoga insturctor convinced me to buy the Pure Juicer and I am so happy I did. Its so wonderful and easy to use every day.
Yep exactly. I think the person that invent this is dumb. He probably doesn't have children. Even this man had his hand under after he turned it on.... good luck blood juice
@PURE Juicer, Aloha, David. Here back home in Hawaii. I simply twist off the green head, scrub the skin with a brush under running water, slice in 4-5 pieces, wrap and juice. Costco pineapples are huge. I juice 1½-2 quarts from a single pineapple.
Looks effective; but wouldn't grinding it reduce the amount of presses you'd have to do? Grinding the peel might mess up the test though so....I guess I'll try both
I like juicing pineapple with the press only to show the power of 5000lbs of pressure. The thing about Pineapple is it is SO MUCH FUN to just pressAND there is no feed tube clean up. Yes, grinding will increase the yield and reduce the re-folding.
6pc cloth and 4pc bag come with our Basic juicer and 24pc cloth and 8pc bag with the Gerson and Chef version. Each cloth or bag can be used 200x - 400x.
Correct, that's the point of the press cloth, to provide a thick silky pulp-free juice. There really is a taste and feel difference when you drink the juice.
3:50 - 4:11 There is certainly higher pressure from applying the SAME FORCE to a smaller area, but to magically increase the force to 10,000 lb is most certainly a slip up.
What we know is that compared to all other juicers the PURE extracts the most enzymes. What the total possible enzyme count is and how close we come, has not been quantified.
I find this video comical After using the omega vert juicer for 10 years and mostly juicing pineapple everyday with it The Omega vert juicer way easier and cheaper. If you juice often you would omega is great. Smiles.

Hi Shelly, The best juicer is the one unto use. Pineapples are 86% water by weight. The PURE juicer's pineapple yield is 77%. A medium pineapple weighs 2kg (2000gm), a 77% yield equals 1540ml (52oz) or a cup over 1.5qt . I bet on average the PURE yields 33% more juice than the Omega.
Or you can buy 2 litres of fresh squeezed pineapple juice at your local grocer for $5. You can pour, drink and then put your glass in the dishwasher long before this thing starts barfing out juice. And you want $2,100 for this hunk of shit, really? This is yet another Juicero epic fail in the making.
John, the juice you purchase on the market shelf gets pasteurized and hence all its nutrients are lost. And this isn't a hunk of shit. I purchased one and it is an amazing piece of equipment. I made carrot juice with it and it was the best carrot juice I've ever tasted. And you can do more than just juicing too.
@@remoteviewer08 Of course you know that the juice is pasteurized because you have purchased so many of them. www.presidentschoice.ca/en_CA/products/productlisting/pc_100_pure_pressed_pineapple_juice18638.html
@@remoteviewer08 Wow you must have been one of those suckers who bought a juicero! And no, not pasteurized, this is fresh juice, read the comments, uneven quality.
What you said that "Reducing the surface by half increased the pressure from 5250 pound force to 10000 pounds", is wrong. The force exercised on pineapple doesn't change (unless you change the pressure on the pump). What changes is the pressure per surface unit which is in pounds per square inch, which means that for the same force, if you reduce the surface by half, you increase the pressure in pounds per square inch by two.
Thank you for your concern. There is no harm in eating the middle part of the pineapple (if eaten within the limit). The rind (core) part of the pineapple is edible and, it has valuable vitamins and nutrients that help to boost our health. The healthiest part of a pineapple is its core which is loaded with bromelain, an enzyme that acts as a natural anti-inflammatory. It is also rich in Vitamin C, fiber, manganese, and copper. It is very rare that I feel I have consumed too much bromelain, this requires drinking far more pineapple juice than I usually consume.
And you should still want one. The PURE Juicer is really impressive. It has the largest press chamber and the highest PSI, the largest yield and the highest nutrient density. All cars have 4 wheels, a drive train etc, I don't hear people saying a BMW is a copy of a Ford.
@@Purejuicer Because BMW and Ford don’t make one car each that look exactly like the others. Making analogies to cars still doesn’t change the fact that the Pure juicer is a copycat of the Norwalk.
@parvis h If you want to have a real discussion, this is not about who's first or who copied who. This is a bigger discussion, all designs everywhere evolve and mature. In the case of the NW, the design has not evolved in 40-50 years. I believe I owe it to my customers to advance the state of the art, which PURE has done and why we are not a copy. Consumers drive markets not brands, and consumers are free to decide what features matter most. Ask yourself, 1. Do companies have an obligation to keep improving on their work? 2.
