Thank you Chris for uploading this. This is one of a handful of movies I loved watching as a kid in the mid 1980's on the Wonderful World of Disney and then on a VHS tape recording which disappeared a few years later. I've been occasionally looking for this film online for the last few years without luck. Watching it has brought back some wonderful childhood memories.
Thanks for the upload. Surprising this was a TV movie. With Darren McGavin (No Deposit, No Return, Hot Lead and Cold Feet) Mickey Rooney (Pete's Dragon) and director Bernard McEveety. This feels like some long lost Disney feature that was shelved until now!
Cobbs Creamery ,the same wagon was in "The Shootist"with John Wayne,Lauren Bacall,Jimmy Stewart,Richard Boone,Scatman Crothers,Sherri North, Ron Howard and Henry Morgan. John Waynes last movie and one of his best

What a great movie 🍿. Maybe they’ll make it to Oklahoma in time to take part in my very favorite musical 🎶 play Oklahoma!!!🍿🍿🍿🍿🎶🎶🎶🎶👏👏👏👏I love the song in the movie 🍿 of I’m a girl who can’t say no!!!
I wish there were full movies plastered on the new version of the SMPTE test card. How about putting Happytime Murderers on the bottom right of said card.
I have always loved the series Meet McGraw, starring Daren McGavin or Frank Lovejoy, whichever it is. I know it says that Frank Lovejoy starred in the series, so I don’t know how the name of Daren McGavin keeps coming to my mind. I wonder if they are the same person or if they just look alike to me. Mr Google solved the problem for me. Frank Lovejoy died in his sleep of a heart attack at age 50 and Daren McGavin died at age 83, so clearly they are two different men. 😅😅😅
I never thought much of Mickey Roonie’s acting 🎭 ability. The fact is that as a person I thought that he had been too impressed with himself. However, I liked him in this movie 🍿.
I think 🤔 that man starred in one of the ambassadors daughters movies with a young girl from Miss Prim’s finishing school and she caused quite a problem when she accidentally killed the red Russian spy who was trying to shove her down through the open elevator shaft. She avoided him from doing that so technically she did kill him but it was in defense of him trying to
I don’t see the curtain behind him that Micky Roony was supposed to be behind to smack him with the hammer 🔨 that would knock ✊ him out. 😱😱😱😩😩😩Opps, poor Tim once again, he trusted the wrong man. 😳😳😳
Oh the good old days, in more ways than one. Where a girl can actually be a tomboy...with no indoctrination to the dark side of questioning gender identity.
Put your trust in cal I wouldn't buy a horse from him. There was a car seller Go see cal Go see cal Go see cal You can put your trust in cal Hahahaha Cal Worthington Real life man and car dealer
I love Darren Mcgavern but I have doubts about whether I like him for the way he plays in in the good way he acts in his personal life style. He’s a total jerk sometimes. 🙄🙄🙄🥴🥴🥴😱😱😱😩😩😩
What a fun movie with a great cast. Just don't see movies like this anymore. Thanks for putting up.
His statement by her Uncle Jim reminds me of the song 🎶 sung by Billy Joel I like you just the way you are.

Yep, the Sunday night Disney Movie with colors in background and Tinkerbell and her wand making the colors. I remember.
Thank you 🙏 for outing this movie. It’s great 👍 and Mickey Rooney is one of my favorites.
Mickey mine too. He's terrific, I like seeing him old.

Amazing job guys!! Mickey Rooney is one of my favorites.
A time that I’m glad to have grown up in . I wish kids these days had the same clean entertainment but that’s almost impossible.

Thanks for this!
Lol; the 2 Main Characters remind Me of the 2 hucksters/conmen in Mark Twain’s ‘Huckleberry Fin’.
The Caliban should receive an Oscar for his acting in this film. Whoever trained him did an excellent job although
Daren will always be remembered for the Night Stalker.
Great little movie! Thank you for sharing!

The Night Stalker meets Andy Hardy.
This made me smile.
Great movie ❤️❤️
If a movie is staring Darren McGavin and Micky Rooney it has to be good, and so it is. I thought this was fantastic.
Wonderful !!!
This was enjoyable.👍
Oh, it's the father from the Christmas Story!!
Merci pour ,a vidéo, cela fait place revoir Mickey Rooney.😀❤
great movie the monkey riding the the dog made me laugh my face off!!! thanx chris
Love this movie didn't even know it was a Disney till the end when the theme came on
Most movies were decent like this one or my parents didn't watch them.
The Disney musical score gave it away. Formulated and predictable.
And sadly, Disney has gone Woke on everyone.
Oh hey. I just saw in the credits that it was Darren McGavin after all. 😅😅😅
I have a vague memory of seeing this movie as a toddler. My trickster dad had convinced me it was about our local priest who was a Father Donovan.
I wish there were full movies plastered on the new version of the SMPTE test card. How about putting Happytime Murderers on the bottom right of said card.
Shelley fabare innocent charge nice
Oops charm
So fulfilling. I was that little girl.

She killed him in self defense.
