Maybe that's a trait of the imps born in the circle of greed? Also, Blitz's sister might be in rehab according to a comment Verosika makes when Blitz asked how did they let her out of rehab.

It's really just the "clan tattoo", Blitz grew up and worked in a "all imp circus". While they were not all related to eachother. And it wasn't a particularly esteemed line of work. It was *theirs*. Which is more than most imps have.
I think that Blitz likes to stalk Moxxie and Millie because they have a very healthy and happy relationship and Blitz has never had any of that. His relationship with Verosika has ended terribly and I have know idea what to call the relationship he has with Stolas. Let’s just say that Blitz has a lot of pain inside from all his childhood trauma and insecurities and I guess that watching Moxxie and Millie’s relationship take it to the stars makes him feel better or something.
