This happened to me too! I uninstalled and everything! Except it was stuck in one spot, and had me create my character in front of the wagon driver in full armour and I was so confused. It'll never work again!
You can try to leleport yourself to the "secret room" press the tiddle key. that's under the esc key. then you'll see the comand console. type coc qasmoke and press enter. then, do the same thing again, but this time replace qasmoke with helgen. so it's coc helgen hit enter and now, you can hopefully play again! :D lol, so late to reply! xD hope you see this!!!

i know this is a very late reply, but all you have to do is to run generator from FNIS. that should fix some of the problem lol...
It may be late but it is still helpful :) Others with similar problems might not know how to solve this! :D
And what dose that mean
That you download a mod that fixes things in Skyrim such as this, you can find it on Nexus, just search for FNIS.
