Kart racing was huge in the early/mid 60's . Hotrod and Car craft magazines had ads for all sorts of hop up parts, including superchargers.
There were even 50 and 100 mile races with pit stops .
And this was for adults....not kids. What a blast.

My Mc CULLOCH was red/maroon and had an exhaust pipe. don't remember the year but around early 70's
