NFS:MW and GT4 introduced me to the race version of this car, while Enthusia(God I love how the physics are DEFINITELY simulation-oriented there, it makes up for a challenge driving in RWD cars) and GT4 again introduced me to the street version of this car.

I think this car is not a real original M3 GTR , it is modifily from an E46 ci coupe . why I know? From some detail things , ourside/inside car rear mirror are different with M3 type , no one will change a M car oval rear mirror to rectangle e46 ci type , the front bumper fits poorly , ......
@@user-ddkaidd M3 GTRs were hand built, this is a real one, they are incredibly rare and they are probably built badly since who cares, they just needed 10 to homologate the car.

Yes this M3 GTR is a rare hoonicorn but if we look carefully from 3:00 we can see in the back-ground a silver McLaren F1 with it's butterfly doors casually open and then on right corner we see the nose of the McLaren F1 GTR long tail race car with FINA livery.. i mean there on just those 2 items are more than 4 millions.. if that is not crazy i don't know what is..

Dear BMW Group Classic please do a pure Sound Video with that car. It would be a dream come true for me and many others. I know there are a few Vids out there where we can see and hear this magnificent BMW as you mentioned in the Video..BUT with todays camera and microphone it would be awesome!

@@tobias_k01 Nothing problematic at all, they have the people to createa a spaceship if they wanted to. Im sure m3gtr can generate more views than any other bmw they make, it would be agood move :).
They should really make a video detailing all the engineering masterpieces found in this car and how it inspired the development of the E92 M3
That’s crazy, just walking past the X5 Le Mans and having a F1 and F1 gtr in the shot. Now you have to do a full 4 hour tour of the warehouse

@@user-ddkaidd you might be right, it is at the least a prototyp. I’ve seen that the GTR ‘strassenversion’ that is in America is in full M-trim.

Need For Speed Most Wanted 2005 brought me here, only 10 in the world, this is a master piece, well honestly I loved more the Lemans Version with the BBS wheel and the big screw at the middle instead 5 like production or factory, Box cage and exhaust at the right side instead rear. And fuel tank metallic tap cover, almost I forget the big rear wing.
Im obssessed with the m3 gtr street version since years. But there is not much information about those cars, especially how many were build and are left...
I can tell you that non of these car was sold for the puplic. Only 3 was made as a "streetcar". But I guess they're storage away.
10 units were build for the street confirmed (no GTR), and at least 7 GTR just for competition, But nobody knows how many of these are left.
