Wow Joe. You have some of the toughest to find jazz records on the planet. I never see some of those labels in Boston. I have not been digging like I used to in the past year and a half. So all of these were strictly online finds? Dig that Black Jazz Rudolph Johnson. One of my top five jazz labels. How is the Mother Africa overall? Excellent selections Joe. Mother Africa is incredible and if you don’t want to fork over the high price for an OG, there was a boxset of all of his Palm recordings that came out a month or so ago that includes this album!
