Hello. First I cut a groove about the thickness of tweeter speaker flush mount using a 1/2" straight bit in 1 pass. Then after that I cut a through hole using the thinnest straight router bit in 3 passes. My router is a 1/4" shank.
I'll be getting a plunge router soon because it is very difficult to plunge cut using a palm router. I have to carefully lower the router to perform a cut depth then re tighten to make one pass.

I had question weather both the woofers get different signals, as the center channel i have right woofer functions more than the left woofer. Is it normal with all center channel speakers? thank you in advance for answering.
Hello Vijay, if you connected your speakers to a proper av receiver, your speakers should output proper channels. Center speakers should output mid frequencies like human voice. Front left and right speakers should output main background and ambient sounds. Subwoofers should output low frequencies like explosions, music, etc....
I was going to build a set two way xovers for my diy monitors that were going to have a 10in subwoofer an four 4in full range drivers wired in parallel for matching spl to the sub an for power handling until someone told me that I'd get to much confiltering effect is that true, I had planned to have them in a two vertical alinement rows with 4in between them both horizontal and vertical would that have worked
Once again you do great work my friend but please brother get yourself a push stick for that saw. I have a table saw also and they can and will kick back and pull your hands into the blade. It only takes a split second to have an accident.

Hello Carl, just the wood glue to seal the MDF seams. Old-school method.

But mdf joints were sealed using glue. Others use silicone sealant.
